Don't get all the Sin Cara bashing. Yeah, he blew his finisher, but the rest of the match was fine. I agree about him needing better music though. Also, replace the turquiose in his costume with dark blue or black.
I FF'd through it too! DVR: the answer and cause to all life's problems.
I don't get the bashing either. It looked to me like Primo blew the spot more than Sin Cara. Also, the move where he did a back flip off of Primo's chest reminded me of Starman from the old game.
That move was sweet.
But here's the thing. How many guys are gonna be able to do his finisher?? He's gonna need a secondary finisher that he can hit on anyone like the 619.

Theoretically, just about anyone could take it. All they have to do is a half-assed front flip off the top rope. Even a retarded naked midget with his feet handcuffed together has a good chance of doing that on the first try. Of course, him doing that to a heavyweight would look about as bad as him doing it to a retarded naked midget with his feet handcuffed together. Hasn't it only been a few weeks since the last time John Morrison did the standing version of the same move?

One person said they were bored by the match but wouldn't judge him based on a single outing, one person complained about his theme music. Only one person actually "bashed" Sin Cara and their only specific complaints were that his trampoline entrance looks like shit (which it does) and his finisher looks fake (which it does, but no more so than the Canadian Destroyer, which I love.) I was underwhelmed by the total lack of storytelling in the match but I don't blame that on Sin Cara since half of the WWE roster is missing that critical skill.
I really liked Sin Cara's two appearances on Raw so far, but I have seen a backlash at other sites featuring other pundits and it annoys me. Sure, Cara didn't clear the ropes by too much, but he still got over them and it looked cool to me. Yes, there was the one big botch toward the end of the match, but as others said it was Primo that messed up. I was more mad at Jerry Lawler not going along with Josh's attempt to help save face on commentary. And in the end, we got the old school one-man Spanish Fly and it looked good.
Some people are being far too cynical toward Mistico because of the circumstances of him being hired and who backed his hiring (HHH). Basically, I want more trampoline spots and less Mason Ryan.
The crowd was pretty awesome most of the night and came unglued when Jerry beat Jack Swagger. It was amazing to see.

I'll second this. It's WAY too early for a verdict on Sin Cara and last Monday did more to prove why Primo's never on Raw anymore than anything else.
I was a little surprised to see the Nexus guys come back so soon. But seriously? They brought back the three guys that can't work and HUSKY'S the one that needs more seasoning in FCW Hell? Are you kidding me?
Apparently the problem with Husky is that they want him to cut some weight. Of course, his name is HUSKY HARRIS and god forbid WWE has a wrestler that's a big different from their mold.

I hope he fares better than Roadkill or Blue Meanie.
He doesn't look that much more out of shape that Broadus Clay who has as prominent a role as Alex Riley.

Because he can wrestle and they don't want that crap on Raw? Or because when he gets kicked too hard in the head and knocked for a loop, he has trouble keeping his balance while standing on the turnbuckle?

Going to realism mode for a second... Seems that finisher should hurt Sin Cara just as much as his opponent.
Other then botching that finishing move, Primo looked really sharp in the ring.
Looking through Online Onslaught I found something meant to be an ancient seers prediction of the year 2004. What Rick Scaia pointed out though was well..just read it to get the relevance to wrestling. http://www.onlineonslaught.com/ columns/oo/20040109....
