Store updates later, but there's a new software update (3.56). As usual, it's an unspecific security update and nothing more, probably aimed at the recent hacking attempt.

A grip of consoles have been permanently banned from Black Ops multiplayer servers for hacking or cheating after their users installed the new firmware -- though some of the outspoken among the banned are contesting the presumption that they are cheaters on the game's official forums.
If I'm remembering the right game, their multiplayer was becoming unplayable due to widespread hacking, with the game developer indicating they had relied on security in the hardware to prevent this and wouldn't make that mistake next time. Since they're banning consoles - and not necessarily users - this update might have just been aimed at fixing that particular hole
