Well; I think he's the one who posted their private email on the website (If I'm understanding things correctly).
Kind of off topic: Does anyone know if there's anything binding in those "THIS EMAIL IS INTENDED FOR IT'S RECIPIENT ONLY. BY OPENING THIS E-MAIL, YOU AGREE NOT TO SHARE ITS CONTENTS. IF YOU ARE NOT THE INTENDED RECIPIENT, YOU MUST DELETE THIS E-MAIL IMMEDIATELY." texts that lawyers love to put in the footer of their messages? My first thought is that the person who gets it hasn't agreed to do any such thing, so it's just legalese by someone trying to keep their communications secret through threats. But I am not a lawyer.

In short, no, they're not binding. In long, they're a load of crap (attrition.org). (That particular link is safe for work, some sections of the site may or may not be, depending on the type of uptight asshole for whom you work.)
Kinda curious, since there seems to be two or three others here on the board that live in the Louisville area - do you hit the Wednesday tapings much? I probably go about 2-3 times a months, with an occasional houseshow as well.
