Seasons 1-3 of Mad Men on Blu-Ray for $10 each from Amazon.
Puzzle Quest 2 on Xbox Live (check this week's Xbox releases thread for all their Black Friday deals).
Been debating various other Amazon deals, but mostly as Christmas presents for other people, and all the good sale stuff is backordered and might not make it in time.

Is this day as ridiculous in Canada as it is the US? I notice all this stuff is online.

If he did it like I did, he went through Amazon.com, not .ca; the saving on the Blu-Ray more than made up for the $15-$20 shipping. (And the exchange rate is basically the same right now.)

Yeah, I should clarify, the Mad (The W at Amazon) Mendeals were on Amazon.com - Amazon.ca didn't have them for cheap. I did see a few neat (The W at Amazon.ca) deals on amazon.ca but didn't pull the trigger.
Pre-Black Friday, picked up the HTC Incredible for $0.01. Came in handy doing online shopping while waiting in line at different stores. - $70 wireless all-in-one printer from Office Max (regularly $200). The ink was on sale too - got the 3 color cartridges for under $30 - 2 pairs of sneakers for $14 each @ Kmart - Cabela's Big Game Hunter for Wii @ GameStop - various clothing items 20-80% off at different stores - Kindle from Amazon for $89 (thank you all for the input on that one) - 3 pairs of boots for $50 (KMart & Sears) - 5 item cologne gift set for $58 - Lots of different toys at different discounts, most are for a Toys-for-Tots drive we do, some to restock my treasure chest at work. - Memory foam mattress pad and pillow @ Macy's - 2 very happy kitties who apparently spent my entire nap time this afternoon snooping through the bags. Best of all was those 2 free cups of coffee from Burger King - technically $1 each with something from the value menu, but oh so necessary at 6 and 9AM.
For the first time in a loooong time I did not get up early to hit stores for some hard to get deal. Instead I went and picked over scraps later on and Christmas shopped for others.
I did stop by my local comic book shop and grabbed almost a short box full of comics for around $26 including issues 11-15 of the Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight series, which it is rumored will be some (or a lot) of what Christopher Nolan will be drawing upon as inspiration for the next Batman film.
Not a bad day, no hustle and bustle of trying to beat out peeps for some hard to get deal and a few extra winks to boot.
And thanks to those here who mentioned the Mad Men DVD deals on Amazon. Grabbed those thru the affiliate link here!

For the first time in several years, participated by going to the local Wal-Mart @ 5AM. Set out to get (2) Nintendo DS Lite for $89 each, ended up also getting (2) Digital Frames for $29 each, (2) Kodak digital cameras for $59 each, and (2) 7" DVD players for $49 each. It went far better than I thought it would.

I had to work at my Target at 130 that day, so I just went in an hour early. I picked up a set of big Disney Princess dolls for my niece for 40 bucks. For myself, I bought Watchmen and Step Brothers on Blu-Ray (7 bucks each) and Talladegga Nights on DVD for 2 bucks.
