Inspector Gadget - Go Gadget go Captain Power - Green before Green was Green Transformers - Probably one of the greatest The Jetsons - No love for the Jetsons? eep op ork ah ah Jetsons Ren & Stimpy - Changed the face of animation Beavis & Buthead - Just gold.
Beast Wars - The best Transformers television show ever written. Period.
Transformers G1 -- specifically, Season 3 (the post-movie episodes). The serious tone in the majority of these episodes makes them easier to re-watch than the earlier stuff. And forget the whining (which was in all of 2 episodes) -- Rodimus Prime owns you all.
M.A.S.K. - To be fair, I admit that I might be listing this more for the intro than anything else.
The Disney Afternoon (Duck Tales, Rescue Rangers, et al) -- it's nice to remember a time when Disney made original, clever cartoons, and not just unfunny spin offs of their animated movies (Yeah, I know Tale Spin has the characters from the Jungle Book -- but it was fairly good).

Originally posted by supersalvadoranOh, it's simple. The old school 'Looney Tunes', not the neutred ones that had all the violence removed. I understand why they cut out stuff like suicide scenes and racially insentive lines, but I had good enough parents who taught me not to act like Bugs in real life. It's so messed up now that to see an original, uncut cartoon, I have to look deep into youtube instead to clicking onto Nickelodeon or another channel like I did when I was a kid.
Courageous Cat & Minute Mouse The Mighty Hercules Rocket Robinhood all the old 60's versions of the Marvel Superheroes - Ironman - Thor - Submariner - Captain America
Apparently, they stuck a new 3-D "Road Runner" cartoon in front of the "Cats and Dogs" sequel that hit theatres this weekend, and it is THE reason to see that movie.
Looney Toons and Tom and Jerry get my top vote, followed by Centurions and Voltron: Defender of the Universe!
I get the feeling 30 years from now our kids will be discussing this same topic on a message board somewhere fondly remembering Spongebob Squarepants and and wondering why todays cartoons aren't any good.
I miss cartoons period. You try flipping through the networks on Saturday morning? No cartoons. It is all cheap ass kiddie sitcom bullshit. It all started with Saved By the Bell.
Thread ahead: What's the one conspiracy theory you believe to be true? Next thread: Do you still watch wrestling? Previous thread: Favorite movie of the "Jersey Trio"
Let's see I have never seen the Ladder match between Razor Ramon and Shawn Michaels from, what was it - Wrestlemania 10? 11? I have never seen that war between Flair and Steamboat (other than clips) from back in 89 Wrestlewar and plenty of others.
