OK, last I recall, Hogan had initiated legal proceedings against Russo over the "shoot heard 'round the world" at BatB. Anybody know what ever became of it all (i.e. case dropped, settlement, still in motion)?
I think I remember hearing about Hogan trying to bring a lawsuit up, but that's been a while back. What I'm not clear on, is what the hell is there to sue for?
The Flair/Bischoff lawsuit was reality. I believe Ric Flair no-showed a Thunder taping back in early '98 to watch an amateur wrestling tournament that Reid Flair was in in Japan. He was sued for breaching his contract.

I think Hogan also sued for breach of contract, and defamation of character if I'm not mistaken. I have no idea where they are in that case, if there still is a case.
In Hogan's case it is not defamation of character since pretty much everything Russo said was very true. It is very nice to see Hogan finally knowing his role in the wrestling industry instead of trying to be a giant glory hog.
