I couldn't be more about Community continuing its one-way feud with Glee either. The amount of about I am is all of it, all about it.

The best. There is no doubt about it now. I can not wait for this show to come out on DVD. After the episode was over all I could say was "wow". Scary good.

About halfway through the show, I said to my wife, "This might be one of the best TV episodes I've ever watched."

That was amazing. I couldn't stop laughing at the fact that Greendale had turned into this dystopia during the hour that Winger was napping in his car.

I actually teach film, and when I get a DVD copy of the episode, I might just do this. Not for genre, though, but for style. They were so precise, you could actually tell which movies were being parodied by camera work and costuming before they gave you any narrative cues.

So true. The only fear I have is where do they go from here? I am hoping this is not a case of peaking too soon.

"Come with me if you don't want paint on your clothes." was my favorite line, because I love a good Terminator joke.

The folks at the AV Club comment peanut gallery are trying to dissect/list every possible action movie homage that was used: http://www.avclub.com/articles/modern-warfare,40905/

The episode was unbelievable. I really have no words to describe how painfully funny this episode was. Just wow.

My fiancé is visiting her parents, and I called her during a break to tell her the same thing.

And there's no way for Glee to retaliate. Any attempt would just be used by Community to continue the PWNING.

I am 100% sure this is a show that will be awesome this year, and may be off the air after season 3. The signs are there. (Like that linked interview.)

I just don't care, this is a Fernando-mania season. Enjoy it fully while it lasts, and worry about tomorrow when it comes.

Fernando-mania is perfect. It so sums this season up. My 100% enjoyment of this show WAY outweights my fear of where it will go.

I am so glad to come into this thread and see that I did not overreact in declaring it my favorite episode of the series and perhaps my favorite episode of any 30-minute comedy ever. I am just sad that this show is not more popular (thus ensuring a long life on NBC).
