Ugh! I have tickets to Smackdown tonight. Got a call about working an extra tonight and turned it down before the draft. Oh well, its a night out with the wife even though she is pissed about Jericho leaving maybe he'll be on NXT. Its amazing how people thought Jack Swagger was useless now he has to help captain a ship for a mid-carders with Rey, Punk and off again on again Taker. Lucky guy.

Don't they usually have guys work Smackdown FOR THE FINAL TIME EVER the day after the draft? You might luck out.

Does CRZ even LIKE this message board that he runs or does he just use it to feel better about himself?

seemed a little bit more friendly as well.

how do you go from being excited to unexcited about a show in 9 hours!? from reading your TNA posts it seems you liked watching a bunch of dudes nobody cares about. I don't get it.

Is Cody Rhodes going in the Supplemental Draft bad for Cody Rhodes because he isn't a big enough deal to be featured during the main draft or good for the Supplemental Draft because he is a semi big name?

They may have saved Cody Rhodes for the supplimental draft because he's injured right now. So he probably wasn't there to make the obligatory 'hey I was drafted' apperance on the stage.

The best move of the supplemental draft was MVP going to Smackdown; hopefully he will eventually turn heel and not be as stale anymore. MVP was definitely lost on the Raw brand and had no identity whereas on Smackdown, MVP has a considerably better shot to get across.

Chris Masters to Smackdown and Goldust to Raw? Who really cares? Goldust hasn't wrestled on either Smackdown or Raw in awhile and on Raw, Goldust is never going to wrestle and be released for the 100th time. Chris Masters hasn't been relevant in some time (another soon to be "future endeavored" superstar).

The Hart Dynasty moved to Raw but remain unaffected via the tag team championship.

Other than that, the other people drafted didn't really make "holy sh**" type reaction.

For the several years prior to Bret Hart's return in January I was barely paying attention to WWE programming (now I watch on a weekly basis, so thanks for that Bret!), so I have no clue how MVP went from Terrell Owens-esque cocky heel to fan favorite. What I do know is that as a heel he got great heat and was entertaining on the mic, but as a face I'm not so much a fan. Not sure what it is. I know his moveset doesn't really light me on fire, and I don't think his cocky swagger translated well into his face role. He seems like he's just... there.

It does seem like he's still relatively over with the live audiences though, so what do I know?

(On a somewhat related note, MVP is a prime example of why sometimes I wish I could smack The Rock [one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, mind you] in the face for ever coming up with The People's Elbow. I usually marked out for TPE, but all the copycat moves like the Five Knuckle Shuffle, MVP's Ballin', and whatever the hell it is that Kofi Kingston does are really, really dumb. I'm not sure if The Rock or Scotty 2 Hotty deserves more blame for this, but I'll put it on The Rock since he was the bigger star.)

Hey, remember when MVP came to Raw and challenged Randy Orton, and then Shane McMahon came out and stole MVP's heat and everyone said "just wait a few weeks and then MVP will get a big main event push" and then we waited and MVP became Mark Henry's lil' buddy?

Me neither.

I wouldn't really blame the Rock for this, there has been a lot of showboating before hitting big moves. There was the HTM's Shake, Rattle & Role. Even Jake Roberts had a few antics before hitting his DDT. Razor with his arm movements before hitting the Razor's Edge. And Hogan with his Big Leg Drop. It's just part of the theatrics to get the crowd into it.

And the odd time they caught by it. Razor Ramon especially seemed to get backdropped more times then actually hitting the Razor's Edge.

But, he was going to get the great rub from being in the background of son of Vince. I mean, Kane has been main eventing every PPV since he went insane several years ago and had his feud with Vince's off-spring. Wait, what.

I know spoilers aren't allowed here even though there is a such a thing called Google that isn't to hard to use. I will give hints though. The show was SAVED, Smackdown drafted a dead person and a reunion occurred. It was a good show, not great, but not as terrible as I originally though.
