The strip billiards sequence was phenomenal. Totally topped the episode 2 Spanish presentation Pierce and Jeff did. I had to watch that twice just to look at everyone's reaction shots in the backgrounds (Annie's excited looks, Britta's shocked looks, Dean Pelton's even more excited cell phone camera picture taking.) The gasps and cringing from the crowd when Jeff put one leg on the table.
"I choose SHORTS!" "You magnificent son of a bitch!"
I'd like an episode with the vampire version of Abed for the whole thing.
Pierce: "The story of a 37 year old half Polish/half Arab can only end with an explosion!"
No one is credited as playing Joey/White Abed so that had to be Danny Pudi in a wig and makeup.
Britta brought to tears by everyone still mocking how she says "bagel" after announcing she didn't care if people laughed was great.
Annie loving Abed's Don Draper impression was my favorite gag of all.
Watching this episode made me so happy I have a DVR. I watched the bit where Jeff hiked his leg up on the table to shoot the 8 ball over and over and over again, just so I could watch every single person's reaction. There were so many reactions ranging from shock to horror to approval to arousal, and they were all fantastic. Even random extras got in on the action. I recommend everyone with a DVR (or access to Hulu) do the same!
The completely random Bert and Ernie scene at the end was funny but-- well, completely random. Even moreso than most things on this show.

I am still laughing at Britta's expression at this, and Annie's was priceless.
"Sure glad there are no old people here, or this conversation would probably be total gibberish to them."
When this season comes to DVD, I am *so* there.
John - upon a quick re-watch, I do believe you are correct about white Abed. Good eye!
"As you may have read in Robert Parker's Wine Newsletter, 'Donaghy Estates tastes like the urine of Satan, after a hefty portion of asparagus.'" Jack Donaghy, 30 Rock
Great, great episode. I liked Chevy Chase's "Gravy Jones" name for the assumed fat girl that liked Abed. Also, the version of Abed that might go talk to the girl. Which happened to possibly be a vampire.
So with only four episodes left, next week's being a non-competition and then one week needed for the next competition ... I'm guessing that's a pretty good sign they're not even going to nationals this year?
