+ Edge/Jericho is enough to get my PPV money. Edge agains spears the champ, and the move now has its own chant.
+ Ziggler qualified for MITB by beating R-Truth and John Morrison. He didn't hit the Zig Zag, but he remained aggressive as he looked for it. A NICE reverse Exploder was his highlight. His win allows him to look credible and weasely.
+ In the week's big surprise, Kane qualified by cleanly pinning McIntyre after a kick to the head. No chokeslam. No Kane Bomb. It came out of nowhere. This is Drew's first singles pinfall loss, and it occurs after a promo wherein he bragged about being unbeaten (kinda sorta). It makes Kane's win look significant and evens the score after losing to Drew at the PPV. But still ... I would have advanced him with a DQ win instead.
+ Shelton Benjamin qualified for MITB by hitting Paydirt on a distracted CM Punk. Punk was watching Rey Mysterio, who had clipped Luke Gallows to prevent his interference. Not a great match to establish Shelton, but he moves on to his fifth MITB match.
+ THAmiz worked a perfectly acceptable match against Edge in the main event. Stryker correctly called an Impaler DDT. THAmiz had earlier asked for a tag challenge at WM.
+ Michelle McCool won the Divas title yet again when special ref Vicki distracted Mickie James. Beth is the odd woman out of this angle, and maybe she gets the next title feud for WM.
So far, I am digging the Road to WM muchly.

I hope Jericho, Big Show, and Miz unite against Edge over the next few weeks. Vickie really ought to be involved too instead of wasting her time as Traci Brooks.
I was really happy for Mr. Ziggles to make MITB. I know just last month on this very message board I was saying that I didn't like his chances of getting it at all. Then again, I didn't think that Morrison and McIntyre would both not be in it.
When I read that Drew lost his qualifier at the tapings I was like HAHA. But after seeing his big freakout, I am more scared yet that he will get in on a second chance and win the whole thing. Eww. Thankfully their choice will change repeatedly between now and the show.
If none of them do get back in the match, what then? Morrison vs. McIntyre Morrison/Truth vs. ShowMiz Morrison/Danielson vs. ShowMiz -- as much as I'd like to see him on Wrestlemania, it seems kind of early for Bryan and Miz to wrestle. then again, Miz has already beaten him up.
And if Raw and Smackdown get four apiece, then you've got
Christian + 3 Raw guys (Kofi/MVP/Swagger/Bourne) Ziggler, Kane, Shelton + 1 SD guy (Matt/Finlay)
They're getting the card set really quickly so we'll probably know this week.
I had some shenanigans happen with the DVR last night, but I was able to eventually catch the show.
That Triple Threat match was easily match of the night and I'll even go so far as to put it on the short list of MotY so far. It was incredible and that Dolph bump at the end looked absolutely SICK! I'm also really shocked that Dolph got the win over Morrison and Truth. They've obviously got something else in store for Morrison and Truth, but what? And I won't argue against Dolph going in. He really stepped it up tonight and showed some awesome moves and great facials.
You know, the feel-good vibe that fans were supposed to get out of Mickie overcoming the stupidity of the Piggie James angle doesn't mean anything when the title goes right back to Michelle a few weeks later. Just saying.
I love having Miz on SD, but it's a shame we didn't have Show around. I'm still waiting for the awkward JeriShow reunion.
Great show and I should be able to make it on time next Friday.
Shelton, unfortunately, has fallen into the group of "the guy who always, always steals the show in the Money in the Bank match, but will never in a million years win it."

TKO 29 On Friday, I went to see the TKO MMA show along with Manny Elefthriou, Genevieve Goulet and Stefany Sinclair. Manny Elefthriou is Quebec’s (many would say Canada’s) most successful wrestling promoter, PCP Crazy F’N Manny.
