I really can't believe he's been around for five years already.

Craig Ferguson and Friends Celebrate 1,000th Episode of 'Late Late Show'

Caught the 1,000th show last night and it was some of the oddest stuff I've seen, including the whole shebang being hosted by Ferguson's alligator puppet. It all worked and the musical numbers were a lot of fn.

Congrats to Craig Ferguson, who's been a breath of fresh air and is pretty much "Life After Conan At 12:30". May he go on for another 1,000 shows.

Due to some recent bouts with insomnia, I'ver been able to catch more and more of the LATE SHOW, and of all the talk shows on in late night, it is by far my favorite.

I DVR it and catch episodes on Saturdays, normally. It's consistently very funny. The running jokes get me laughing a lot.

We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

For all of the (justifiable) bellyaching over Scorsese not having an Oscar, it's equally ridiculous that Altman was not honoured. Prairie Home Companion was a fittingly wonderful note to go out on. RIP, Robert Altman
