Probably the best TV wedding I've ever seen. This episode had a little bit of everything.
The writers were wise to not repeat the antics of Phyllis' wedding and make it all about Michael. They spread the comedy to the entire cast, plus the guest stars of Jim and Pam's friends (Pam's surprisingly hot sister and friends). Man, do I hate Jim's brothers. (Except when they needed a whoopie cushion and Michael had one on him as advertised.)
They even found new levels of uncomfortable wedding humor in how, after a rather moving speech about "waiting for my wife" (great reaction shot by Jenna Fischer), Jim bungled the reveal that Pam was pregnant, followed by Michael's attempt to save it by justifying unprotected sex. "There's an entirely different sensation. Not so much for the woman..." To waiting!
I think my favorite exchange was:
Jim: "I can't believe it was me." Michael: "I'm kind of glad it was you. It really took the pressure off me." Jim: "Is there something about being a manager that makes you say stupid things?" Michael: "I've never found that to be the case."
I really liked:
Oscar becoming so incensed that Kevin could be confused as his boyfriend.
Kevin's hairpiece and Kleenex shoes, then resting his feet in the ice machine.
MeMaw complaining about Bruno on her television.
Dwight being a stud with the ladies. (Callback to the night out with Ryan and the Hobbit in New York)
Andy's injuring his scrotum while dancing (Callback to Cafe Disco.)
The actual wedding, the real one that took place on the ship, and the one in the church with all the dancing. I'm unfamiliar with the YouTube video they referenced but Jim and Pam's reaction shots to the idiots they work with and are related to making asses of themselves were great. It was a fitting wedding for the First Couple of The Office.
Just a terrific hour of comedy and sweetness. I do hope we get no Jim and Pam next week. I think everyone deserves that honeymoon break from them.
My only quibbles: Not enough Ryan (a complaint for the episode and the season thus far) and Michael and Pam's mom = gross.

Is that the one? I thought that when I saw it but it's been too long ago to know if that was the one that was the Internet sensation.
The vomiting scene at the beginning had me in tears. What else would Creed do in that situation except eat his noodles?
I was so happy for Michael at the end - that totally nullifies his consierge Marie debacle in the business trip.
Just a little hard to believe that *everyone* from the office made it to the wedding. Everyone. Creed, Angela, Meredith. They don't even like Jim & Pam.
I was honestly a little underwhelmed with the episode overall, but I admit I was awfully partial to the line, "Plan A was marrying her a long time ago."

Of course, it goes on, but that was a wonderful episode.
I felt that way too. Everyone dancing down the aisle and then the highlights of the wedding on the boat made the episode have a very 'series finale' -type of feel.

If I'm remembering correctly, they mentioned in a previous episode that Michael arranged for everyone to have a 4-day paid weekend if they went to the wedding, but would have to work Monday and Friday if they didn't go.
While a lot of this episode seemed to fall into the category of "trying to hard", the obscure references of the 3 Wolf shirt and the you tube video saved it for me. As did Jim's winning smirk at the end. Nice guys don't always finish last. Sometimes it just takes them longer to win.
"I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."
I smiled at a lot of the stuff but then the dancing started. When Kevin crashed into and knocked over that structure, I burst out lauging, and then when Dwight kicked that girl in the face, I almost fell out of my chair.
The part that made me laugh the hardest was Michael's gift to Jim & Pam: a painting of them that he did from memory. Just seeing it in the background had me howling. Also, the way he explained it:
"I know they asked for money, but I give them money every week. How much do they need?"
I am totally going to paint the couple of the next wedding I attend.

That's exactly how I felt about it. It really was a joyous payoff to 5 seasons of rooting for Pam and Jim, and I liked how we also ran the entire gamut of Pam and Jim facial expressions through out.
Of course, Everybody Loves Raymond had that same moment at the end of season 7, and then the two remaining seasons and the actual final episode felt anti-climactic. I hope the same thing doesn't end up happening here, on a show I like much, much more than I ever liked ELR (my ex-wife was hooked on it).
I laughed myself into a cramp at Oscar and Kevin dancing down the aisle, and then Dwight kicking the bridesmaid in the face. Tho I noticed Meredith didn't get her own moment to shine in the dance (neither did Toby, but come on, totally appropriate).
I love the little nods they do to the British version - Andy dancing was especially great. I'm a little disappointed they had a different actress for Pam's mom - but I guess expecting the same actress from five seasons ago is a little much.
Michael's intercourse speech had me rolling... it almost too uncomfortable for me to watch.
Not to put too fine a point on it (say I'm the only bee in your bonnet), I loved this episode.
Edit: Creed eating Top Ramen while everyone was throwing up was just priceless.

They also had a bit in the beginning where Pam told Angela she didn't have to come, and Michael overruled her.
Oh, and did anyone else catch that it was Robert Pine from CHiPs as Jim's dad? I marked out a lil bit, yes indeed.
I thought it was a great episode, and was so happy they didnt try a left at the altar type swerve that I guess I'm used to as a wrestling fan...
Jim's speech was great until the oops moment, I thought the photocopy/driving a stick lines were great.
I'm starting to believe that while this show might have episodes that are weak, they can do no wrong in my eyes. It's really the only show in the Thursday night block that I can enjoy, I've tried the others, they just don't...hit me on the level that this one does, not even beloved 30 Rock.
This could easily be one of the best episodes I've ever seen. The entire scene of the dancing interlaced with the wedding easily brought tears to my eyes. Both tears of joy and tears from laughter - it was hilarious and touching.

It would be great if the Headless Horseman's head talked all the time like a Futurama head and didn't shut up, and if it didn't want to be reunited with its body. "Crane, you keep that thing away from me!
