Too many numbers to keep track of.

Heroes: it is what it is.

Claire and Hiro and Ando still make me nauseous.

Yay, Hiro takes the photograph! No paradox! Whatever happened, hap...shit, he’s wearing the slushie. Sigh.

Actually, I give this a pass cause it was T-Bag who pushed Hiro into the slushie’s “trajectory”. T-Bag can pretty much do whatever the hell he wants. If you’ve never watched Prison Break, you missed out on just how awesome Robert Knepper is. Having him and Sylar on the same show is just too good. And as long as Knepper’s on the show, I’ll keep watching. The casting of the villains (Linderman, Adam Monroe, Arthur Petrelli, Danko) is one of the things that keeps me watching this show.

I could have easily watched Sylar torment Parkman for two straight hours. That was high quality.

You askew my mirror. I askew yours.

This is probably the best way to describe it at this point. It definitely had its moments, and for the first time I'm actually starting to like what they're doing with Peter, but there were innumerable little gripes about the show (not the least of which was the product placement - I know it's always been bad, but c'mon - a full product demo for Guitar Hero 3? And also, 3? They're up to 5 now.). I'm still watching, and the beginning of this season is miles ahead of the end of last season, but we'll see where this goes.

I am actually digging Hiro's quest if they go along with killing him at the end which really should be the end of the show as well. Claire actually felt like a real person in these episodes with her facial expressions. I guess being on another film set might have improved her acting. Her storyline could be good or terrible depending if her friend is with the Carnival. I do love the Carnival since they don't seem to be really that evil just insidous or at least the leader seems to be. Glad, they didn't kill Darth Maul, but Danko going out was cool. The fight scenes and FX seemed much better then last season.

Sylar in the AA meeting was hysterical. I did love the throwaway stuff like Lydia the tattoo lady, the Back to the Future picture, Kenso's armor in the hallway of Hiro's building and Hiro's sister returning. The new company seems to heading to less bagging and tagging and more helping people which is something I was hoping would happen at the end of season 4. I think Peter knows about Nathan since they were back to being brothers at the end of last season, but they don't talk anymore seems very odd. I didn't hate last season as some, I actually think Fugitives was a better storyline then most of the crap on TV last year. I do think this season is going to be less end of the world and more personal conflicts which can be really good or borderline boring. At least the Hatians is back.

I enjoyed the random plugs for Legal Seafood clam chowder and the algebra professor reading Pride, Prejudice and Zombies.

That is all.

I just went to catch up with this on Hulu, and I hated it, to the point that when Sylar appeared in Matt's house (well, his mind, I take it), I closed the tab and declared myself done with the series.

Remember when Hiro and Ando were interesting characters? Now they're complete idiots. You spend a large sum of money to advertise a Dial-A-Hero service, and it never occurs to you that you might encounter a situation for which stopping time and shooting red lightning might not be ideally suited? Hey, Hiro, how about you use your power to travel in time to after the invention of the ladder? I mean, *I* can do that!

Just nothing that caught my interest and lots of stupidity. Perhaps if I hear a lot of good things at some point, I'll give it another chance, but for now, I'm outta here.

I abandoned this show at the end of last season, and am actually looking forward to this season being as awful as possible so that I can laugh at my friends and fiancee that still watch the show.

John, I'm very disappointed in your brevity. I'm counting on you as being a primary source of ridicule this year. :)

Meh, the premiere had its moments, but I found it to be no better or worse than usual ... The funny thing is that my brother (who is the biggest "Heroes" fan and never had one bad word to say about the show when everyone else was lambasting the last couple seasons) absolutely HATED it.

That reaction really floored me, since - personally - I saw no real difference between what the show had been dishing out last season and what I saw on Monday ... but my brother has now finally been convinced that the show must come to an end; he actually said it would have been better if they had cancelled the show outright after last season, since what he saw on Monday didn't have any of the "Heroes DNA" (no, I'm not sure what he meant by that either).

Santino continued his tradition of coming down to the ring, being ten times funnier and more interesting than the other guy, and then getting his ass beat. He said to Rey Rey "anyone who a wears a mask eesa either incredibly ugly, incredibly stupid or...eesa the batman!" Man, if this guy could only wrestle he'd be King Korn Karn by now. Homeslice doesn't even have a finisher. -- Matt Fowler

I didn't mean leaving, I meant taking a backseat to Joan. Really, the entire show has been about Peggy's career in advertising, and she has definitely been the #2 character.
