It's that time of year, July 4th weekend at Daytona for some good Super-speedway racing. Here is the schedule of events for the weekend courtesy NASCAR.com(All times EST).
Now as for thoughts, If the weather holds up this should be some good racing and should have the annual "Big One". As much as I want to pick Mark Martin or Kyle Busch, I'm going with a simple pick here. Jeff Gordon to win again at Daytona. Your picks thoughts?
Also not sure if CokeZero is doing a promotion this year(Maybe CRZ knows?).
I am thinking Jimmy Johnson and Tony Stewart are the favorites, but I am thinking also that perhaps a strange winner here - Juan Pablo is my Dark Horse

I'm not going to brother perdicting a winner- restrictor plate races as of late have been too difficult to call. I will say though that it is a virtual guarantee that with the new rule of double file restarts that there will be a HUGE big one (IMO at least 12 cars involved), maybe more than one taking place. Expect a lot of torn sheet metal at Daytona this week.
