I'm against abortion, but I'll admit that this was pretty awful to do this while he was at church. I mean maybe he was repenting for his sins? I don't know but violence is not the answer.

Someone at Operation Rescue has convenient timing on that subject...
In his reaction to the murder, Randall Terry, founder of Operation Rescue, called Tiller "a mass murderer."
"We grieve for him that he did not have time to properly prepare his soul to face God," Terry said. Troy Newman said, "Operation Rescue has worked tirelessly on peaceful, non-violent measures to bring him to justice through the legal system, the legislative system..."
...the group that specifically, as I understand it, moved to Kansas to take on Dr. George Tiller.
Mr. Tiller was an abortionist. But this wasn’t personal.
Gotcha. I can think of so many reasons to move to Kansas if I was running an anti-abortion group... oh, wait, no I can't.
Poor choice of words in the title, Cajun. Really. And is there a better place to murder a grown human than church? Was that the worst sin of the gunman?
This is a horrible situation, all around. I don't support murdering people who you disagree with, on any issue, no matter what. America cannot exist with the free exchange of ideas, and killing each other over what we believe is as bad or worse than the terrorist actions of the groups that we are out fighting wars over.
If this is linked to someone who is a part of the anti-abortion movement (and it seems likely that it will be) will they go after the host groups like they did Tom Metzger? There is precedent there for hate speech from organizations that leads to violence against people.
I was just watching a show on Metzger on the History channel (or some other cable Bio channel) and now I really want to learn more about the case against him and how it worked. Inciting violence with extreme hate speech should carry a punishment, and those who chum the waters need to be held to account.
I am assuming it is going to turn out that there is a link here. I do not think anyone ordered this person to do this, much like Metzger did not order people to commit specific acts. Again, I'm going off of 1 hour of TV here, so please don't call me a hypocrite if I change or expand my argument after future reading.
This is really disgusting. PETA looks like the PTC of animal rights, they may have some points, but they get hidden inside their BS and bullying tactics.
