Originally posted by KJames199WWE is set for a western Canadian tour in August, and it appears that Saskatoon may have lost its house show as a result of all this. The orignal plan was a Friday night Raw house show in Saskatoon and Saturday night Raw show in Regina; that's the weekend when WWE is holding its make-up date in Denver. WWE.com no longer lists a Saskatoon show at all, and the Saturday Regina show is now a Smackdown house show - so Saskatoon gets the shaft and Regina gets an upgrade.
I am totally fine with this turn of events.
It is the policy of the documentary crew to remain true observers and not interfere with its subjects.
If you wanna reach the Co-op, boy, you gotta get by me.
Originally posted by f4wonline.com-- And speaking of comedy, to set this all straight, Vince McMahon has been crying for five days now that Raw got bumped for an NBA game. Now whether his gripe is legitimate or not, the fact is that at last count WWE has now cancelled FIVE EVENTS as a result: Loveland, CO, Colorado Springs, plus August 8 in Saskatoon, August 8 in Kamloops, BC, and August 9th in Kelowna, the last three due to rescheduling the Colorado shows.
Kamloops and Kelowna were to get Smackdown house shows - those have been moved to Regina (Aug. 8) and Red Deer (Aug. 9), which were originally scheduled to be Raw house shows.
There's nothing that makes me want to watch an episode of Raw more than when there has been some sort of real-life shenanigans before the event. The Benoit ordeal, the RVD drugs bust and now the double booking thing. I love this stuff. It makes me feel more smark-y. Maybe I'm just a sucker for controversy.
