Personally my favorite is Oriental, with a little garlic salt and red pepper. Shrimp is the worst flavor by far.

If I'm adding broth, just chicken or beef, but my preference is noodles only with butter and parmesan.

I said this in the other thread, but I love either Creamy Chicken or Shrimp. I can't stand Oriental.

Like I said in the other thread, beef is the way to go for me. Chicken is a strong second as well. IMO, it adds a little to the flavor if you add a touch of soy and worcestershire (Lea & Perrins) to it.

Well, our season's over already.

* Maggi seasoning
* Scrambled Egg
* No broth

This is easy and good. Eggs are cheap.

Damn, I want Ramen now.

I've never had TOP RAMEN before...but I do loves me some Ichiban goodness.

My favorite flavour of any instant-noodle style food is either Vegetable or Spicy (Curry) Chicken.

I've never had these pre-packaged ramen noodles by themselves. One time I used the noodles from a package for a soup, but they completely fell apart under the heat and stirring. I get rice noodles in bulk from the asian grocery. 75 cents for about 12 servings, and they hold up much better.

It WAS Spicy Chili Chicken...but they replaced it with the far inferior "Chili". So now I don't have a dedicated favorite...sometimes it's Shrimp, sometimes it's Oriental.

I also do scrambled eggs in it like Guru does. I heat the noodles as directed, drain MOST of the water, mix in the seasoning, and then add the egg.

Never had Top Ramen, or that other brand that people were mentioning. They're not common in Canada, I guess. When I have ramen, I just get the chicken flavour. Canada lacks your crazy seasoning packets.

      The major brands available in Canada are Sapporo Ichiban and Mr. Noodles.

Top Ramen, I guess Beef or Shrimp. I prefer Maruchan, though--the Roast Beef ("Roast" seems to mean "spicy" to them) is very good. One of them had a Sesame Chicken years ago that was terrific.

None of the US brands have duck, but that's often what I'll get at the Asian groceries or when I'm in Singapore.

"Oriental" flavor always gave me a chuckle because it didn't taste anything like what my Taiwanese mother made for us.

I like the beef flavored ones and I guess I'm the only one who enjoys a soy sauce soaked hard-boiled egg with my noodles?

The PS3 version was buggy as all heck. The 360 version doesn't freeze at all. Another game to add to my list: Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. I loved it. The critics didn't. I don't care.
