Caught this on the random post, and figured that with another year of TV under our belts we might be able to contribute some more names.
Much love to SchippeWreck & samoflange for their picks of Mary Louise Parker, who I thought of the instant I saw the thread title, with second place going to Kristen Chenowith on Pushing Daisies (especially when hopping around in a mermaid tail; I must have watched that scene 5 times in a row).
It is the policy of the documentary crew to remain true observers and not interfere with its subjects.
My vote is still for Sophia Bush, but I must say that just about the entire cast of Gossip Girl is up there. Leighton Meester is gorgeous, Taylor Momsen is a very guilty pleasure, and offscreen presence Kristen Bell and newcomer Michelle Trachtenberg just add to the show's resume.
-Erica Hill on CNN, though I haven't seen much of her since she moved to Anderson Cooper 360. -The women of G4, all of them: Olivia Munn, Kristen Holt, Layla Kayleigh, and of course, Morgan Webb. -You can't go wrong with Alexis Bledel. -And finally, I always had something for Traylor Howard, now of Monk but first with Two Guys, A Girl, & A Pizza Place.
I've been watching iCarly on Nick with my kids and will probably be adding Miranda Cosgrove to this list in four or five years. That's a good looking kid.
( In the pretty face way, not the Dateline Chris Hanson have-a-seat way )

She's a very lovely woman.
One of the great tragedies of the cancellation of Pushing Daisies is not having Kristen Chenowith on my HD TV in her low cut tops (or in the case of one VERY memorable scene, a low cut mermaid suit that caused her to have to hop everywhere).

If you wanna reach the Co-op, boy, you gotta get by me.

Liz Vassey, a/k/a Wendy on CSI.
Pauley Perrette, a/k/a Abby on NCIS.
Damn.
I'm only watching NCIS for two reasons. Perrette and Cote de Pablo, as Ziva. Now, if I could meet a gal that was a mix of the two characters...

this thread has been going for close to 2 years, yippee! so far everyone has picked winers. i want to add to/update with Carrie Ann Inaba, Kate Voegele (one tree hill) and Kaley Cuoco (big bang theory.)there are multitudes of others but i just thought they really needed to be on this list.

I met her in person once....she's very talented, incredibly friendly, and at the same time, very humble.
It boggles my mind a bit though, that Scrubs seems to have so many good looking women on the show. Elliot, Carla, Jordan, Headbutt Jo, Gift Shop Girl, Mandy Moore, Julianna Margulies, pre-skank Tara Reid, Elizabeth Banks, Keri Russell, crazy druggie Alex from season 1...
I'm just saying there's a lot of talent there. And Judy Reyes does it for me a little bit.
For that matter, so does the girl on The Feed. Not Layla Kayleigh (what an awful name), the one who filled in for LK.
