New shows in fall: 90210-yes, a spinoff of Beverly Hills, 90210. Surviving the Filthy Rich-the story of a just-out-of college journalism major who loses her job and becomes the live-in tutor for some spoiled brats. The CW has given up programming for Sundays (moving Everybody Hates Chris and The Game to Fridays), and has creative control of that timeslot to Media Rights Capital. Articles say it's an arrangement similar to the deal UPN had with WWE years ago, in which The CW gives up programming and presumably a share of the advertising revenue.

Reaper has been so good since the strike hiatus that what once was "yeah, I might as well watch it, it's a good way to kill an hour" as now become "midseason? I can't wait that long!"
It is the policy of the documentary crew to remain true observers and not interfere with its subjects.
Smallville's going to have a severely different look for season 8, given the departures of Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor) and John Glover (Lionel Luthor).
Also, Kristin Kreuk (Lana Lang) will only be back for a few episodes, and Allison Mack (Chloe Sullivan) is rumored to not be returning either.

Same here, but I kinda figured it probably wasn't too popular. I was hoping that since it was on the CW maybe it could withstand poor ratings better than if it was on another network. Ah well.
Also, hansen9j, I feel you on that assessment of Reaper since the hiatus. I was on the brink of giving it up but it has really picked up steam.
I feel the same way about Reaper. The first half it was the same episode over and over again every week. Smallville and Supernatural were like that the first seasons too, but were better so they didn't have to worry about moving on to a story until later. Reaper needed a change quicker than that and Tony's revolution against Satan and bringing Andi into the fold way sooner than most shows would totally ramped things up.
I also liked Aliens in America but I'm happy that at least one of them made the cut.
