Ha, poor poor Avalance, Forsbers out for anohter 4 months. This time something with his ankle. THat means no Olympics either.

I don't know how much this will effect Team Sweden, but the Olympics (and other world tournament) is probably the only time that I cheer AGAINST Sundin.

Is someone bitter towards the avs ??? The only reason I don't hate them is because they kept the devils from winning the CUP last year.........

Funny, that's the reason why I do hate them. Then again, my favourite team is the NEW JERSEY DEVILS.

It sucks that Forsberg won't come back, and a lot of people probably would agree with that. He's the very definition of a versitile player who could do EVERYTHING extremely well.

However, it doesn't suck that he won't give the Avs that extra boost to get past the Oilers or help Sweden to another medal.

While not facing to face Forsberg in the Olympics is a good thing, I'm looking forward to him getting back in the game - he's had a long road to get back, and when he's healthy, he's one of the best in the game.

Did anyone find it odd that they only found this new injury when he was about to return?
He said that he had trouble with his ankle for a month already! Considering that is what put him out in september it's very strange he didn't have it checked earlier.

Also, as reported last week he had surgery (on the very same ankle i believe) without permission/ using the Av's medical staff.

I think it's all kinda weird what is going on here.

Imagine this is some funny signature. Then I will imagine you compliment me on it.

Nashville makes it's post season franchise debut and win 2 games. Calgary makes the playoffs for the first time in 8 years, which means 5 of the 6 Canadian teams are in the postseason.
