Hamtaro misses you too!

Apparently Harris has decided to leave TNA and head NORTH.

To be honest I never really dug the guy. He seemed dull on his own, and boring on the microphone.

But it is fun to see someone jump the other way.

I guess he joins the club of upper midcarders tired of waiting for the TNA Main Event to quit being the Island of Misfit WWE Toys.

Maybe he'll change my mind like Monty (who I disliked instead of merely feeling apathy towards but quickly turned me into a big fan) did by be used well and step it up.

Rumor has it Killings is going over too. Which actually excites me a lot.

Could be a fantastic year for ECW.

I really would rather not see Killings in WWE, just because it will bring back traumatic flashbacks of K Kwick and Road Dogg, rapping buddies.

Pretty much the instant that story came out it was shot down. Meltz (wrestlingobserver.com) says he's still under contract, it expires soon, and he is still mulling over his options. No decision has been made by Harris.

TNAwrestling.com (tnawrestling.com) says:

CHRIS HARRIS NO LONGER WITH TNA WRESTLING

Chris Harris is no longer a member of the TNA Wrestling roster. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
Although this fits in so well with his current whining gimmick that I am still dubious.

Yeah, the way they portrayed him last night makes you wonder. But did they make the same kind of announcement with Daniels?

My link up there doesn't work anymore; TNA took the notice down off their website.

I don't know if that thickens the plot or not. But this is the most interested I've been in Chris Harris in months!

Damn! I was really, REALLY hoping for that America's Most Wanted reunion.

Hey, ANYTHING would have been better than another few months of Chris Harris: Whiner and James Storm: Drunken Cowboy. At least Harris goes from one circus to another. Of course, I seriously doubt he'll get any airtime up north.

Too bad he can't wait for Storm, I can't really see either doing much on their own but they would be a nice addition to whatever is left of a tag division.

Well whether Harris is boring on his own or not, he was damn good in AMW and after working so hard for TNA for many years I've got no problem with him going to get a fat paycheck, even if they don't use him.

Although, is it just me or did Harris actually start to look chubby this week? Maybe it was just the outfit but he looked heavier from the waist down to me.

It's no real loss (I always thought Storm had the most potential as a singles star, even when Harris was being pushed down our throats during the Nashville days) but TNA announcing it on their website reminds me of when everyone was reporting Abyss was leaving only for them to secretly re-sign him and show up as a surprise at the next PPV. Not sure why they would go to such lengths for Harris though.

On a related note, his new singles tights are awful. Every time I see him I think he's sporting the DDP rib-tape.
