I think what spurned Webber's comment was that while the Kings take a bunch of flack for flopping, no one says a thing about the Lakers, who do it as well. Divac's flopping is more "glamorous" because it's going against Shaq.

I don't mind Weber, although I don't think he needs to go behind the back with EVERY pass.

And why is a Laker fan complaining about Christie's "cocky laugh every time he gets called for a foul" when you have three guys on your team who do the same damn thing:

Devean George
Samaki Walker
Lindsey Hunter

One thing that's been bugging me throughout the entire playoffs (besides the theme song, announcing, and commercials) is the inconsistent calls in regards to setting picks. Why is it when a player runs into another player who is setting a pick and falls down, the guy setting the pick is called for a foul? He's not moving, all it looks like to me is a good pick that did its job. Or they'll flip it around and call a foul on the guy running into the pick if he runs into it hard enough to knock down the guy setting it. I don't understand. Just bad officiating, or am I missing a rule?

Okay, which commercial is worse:
- The beer commercial with the song about how the guy likes football on TV, shots of Gena Lee, and, and twins
- The beer commercial where the guy provides WAY too much information about how exciting he finds flirting ("the look across the room... the soft brush of a leg..." etc. etc.)
- The beer commercial for the same beer (I think it's Heineken) where the guy is now spouting out aphorisms such as "a sports team owner should be a fan first, and then run the team that way... the right girl and the right now girl are two different things..." etc. etc.

I think the second one is the worst, but it's damn close between all three.

No, Vlade's flopping is more "out of hand" because he does it every 5 minutes no matter who touches him or how softly they do it. I cant blame him for flopping against someone like Shaq, but it looks REAL silly when he does it for people like Fisher and Kobe too.

No team in the NBA can beat my Los Angeles Lakers in a best of 7 series. I know it hurts, and I'm sorry.

All this talk about flopping and poor officiating keeps confusing me. Did the Jazz make the WC Finals somehow when I wasn't looking? I thought the Kings beat them in the first round.

I'm not a Lakers fan. I'm (sadly) a Cavs fan. Watch out when we get Labron James. I realize alot of players in the NBA think it is funny when a foul is called on them. What annoyed me about Christie was the laugh and then (and at many other random times) raising his hand as if to say, "hahahah, the foul was on me, hahaha, good one." I now realize he is saying, "Hi Jackie" every two minutes or so. It's still kind of annoying.

Preach on, fellow Cavs fan. Too bad the Cavs got major-league *busted* for having James in for a workout. Unfortunately as well, they'll never get him wihtout giving up the farm for him since they NEVER win the lottery.

I am SO rooting for the Kings in this series. Funny, even though they have home-court advantage they still feel like the underdog compared to the Lakers. Being a Cleveland fan in general, I almost always find myself rooting for the underdog. Case in point, I have also been rooting for the Celtics.

Of course, I don;t care for C-Webb either, but I really like Mike Bibby. ESPECIALLY over Jayson Williams. *gag*
