#41 may be a stretch for Carlito, but he's by no means the worst worker in the world. This may be on the strength of his feud with Ric Flair, which is the only thing of note I can remember of his in the last year.
What's up with that Beef Wellington guy having a Banannas In Pajamas doll (san the pjs that is...) tied on to a cross? These indy guys get stranger every year.
Matt Stryker (336) is the lowest ranked WWE guy, and I find that puzzling because Mike Knox is listed over a hundred places higher and there has to be a typo there some how cause those names are obviously switched on accident.
I may not like that he's #1, but I suppose I can't complain that Cena is in the top spot. The way the WWE has been feeding him all the talent they have for the past year, it certainly looks like he deserves the placing.
Wow, it really HAS been a whole year of John Cena as the champ... no wonder wrestling is in the dumps.

that's the "other Matt Stryker," not the WWE one, who is Matt STRIKER, who was # 173.

That was for a Fans Bring the Weapons Match. That particular weapon was obviously designed with Beef in mind.
This year has the most names in the top 10 I don't recognize; even when there were several foreign wrestlers in the top 10, I had heard of them. This year, Mistico, Perro Aguayo Jr. and Takeshi Morishima are the guys making me say "Who?".
That's a kinda odd thing to say, seeing as Mistico was top 10 last year too.
I usually know at least 8 guys in the Top 10; no more than two names have me scratching my head. This year, three guys. Last year, Mistico was the one guy I didn't know. (FTR, I only know Kenta because he's the guy Mick Foley stole the double arm DDT from.)

Also what has Marcus Cor Von done to even crack #250 let alone be sitting pretty at #62?
I thought Sting has done well this year. His only awful matches were the ones where he was forced to do lame gimmick. Other that he's always solid. Has he had a match of the year candidate? No, but neither has Samoa Joe and I don't see people complaining about him being high.
This makes me wonder how over could Sting get in today's WWE?

First TNA star to leap to WWE? Granted, he hasn't done anything big since his jump, but Christian made the leap the other way and that was a big story.
Yeah, it was a big story because TNA treated him like a huge star that was making a major career decision. When Monty made the switch he'd been off TNA television for weeks and WWE just treated him like some guy who used to play football.
I get what you're saying and a TNA jump to WWE could be a big deal if handled correctly by WWE, a la Ric Flair, Chris Jericho or the Radicals coming from WCW. But Monty's jump ended up meaning about as much as, well, Shannon Moore's.
