Reasons given include that he "wasn't fitting in backstage" and that he was "in suspicious shape" -- i.e., too jacked, what with the current steroid situation.
Personally, this delights me, although of course it's too bad that he came in, took up a Main Event slot, and then left.

He must have been showing some serious signs if his condition is sketchier than Scott Steiner.
It would be nice and solve a lot of problems if TNA would just stop bringing random castoff in and placing them higher on the card than they have any right to be.
You know, he would be a great candidate for the bastard child AND it would allow the McMahons to use that long-rumored incest angle AND it would allow Test some measure of revenge on Triple H for stealing Steph and laying claim to the McMahon money.
Too bad he carries such a suspicious build.

I agree. And I just don't see the downside on this guy. He's a good worker especially for his size.
He was decent as a member of T&A (the tag team), and half way decent when he turned on Stacy after the whole "Testicles" fiasco. But he was given chance after chance to get over but just didn't have the charisma to overcome his average skills, which separates him from big guys that did get over, like Nash, Hogan, Taker, and even Sid.

Not that Test had anything to do with it, but you also need to include the Test/Steiner match where Steiner does a flying facedrop off the ring apron to the floor about six inches away from Test's feet. Best thing ever.
The only time I ever liked Test was during a house show in Waco, Texas, circa.... 02 or 03. He was in the main event against RVD (when RVD was still fairly hot).
Mid-match, Test had taken control. As he was applying a resthold, he yelled to the crowd, "How d'ya like that, hillbillies?!"
Kudos to Test for correctly identifying his audience.
