Well really great show tonight with some damn fine wrestling matches.
Edge/Benoit was totally awesome. Edge got a strong and clean win thankfully enough. Unfortunately this is not the world title match we are going to get at the PPV and instead we have to endure another lame Batista/Edge match for the third straight PPV. Oh well, great match for both guys and a great win for Edge.
MVP is looking good right now and I look forward to his title reign. Hopefully they don't trade US and IC champions after the draft because that would really suck for Smackdown to lose MVP and gain Santino Marella.
Matt Hardy, make him a contender to Edge's world title later this year. Why not? The guy is over, he's been wrestling great matches on TV and PPV lately. Why can't he at least be a challenger for the title?
Matt wouldn't make a bad two month challenger at all. It would give some people what they want to see and they can build up whomever they want in the meantime.
I'd like to add my love for the cruiserweight tag match and everyone in it.
As for Matt Hardy, as much as i don't really dig him as a singles wrestler, i don't really want to see him get beaten by Edge again, no matter how great Edge's cocky close to the bone promos might be after. The matches would be good i'm sure, and he definitely deserves to be in the (or any) title picture more often than he is, but i'd rather he just stayed away from Edge. Unless he actually won the title that is, but still, long reign for Edge please.

He lucked into Vince's craziness.
Hopefully he loses again and stays away from Edge for a while.
Well, it is do or die. Edge and Batista have had two good matches so I don't mind a third since the m.o. is to stretch the top programs out as long as possible. I'm sure Michaels/Cena would still be going on if Shawn hadn't gotten hurt.
This should be it though, because you've got Booker T and Rey and Kennedy all coming back over the next month, so depending on who stays and who goes to Raw, he's got lots of guys to work with.
Hasn't Batista already had like five or six chances to regain the World Title since losing it at WrestleMania? Enough's enough, seriously; there are plenty of other people who are deserving of a shot.
I second the sentiment of several of the previous posters: Hopefully he loses and is out of the World Title scene for a little while.

To be fair though, the injuries to 'Taker and Kennedy really put a wrench in what WWE probably was planning for the Smackdown Main Event scene.
Before Taker's injury, the direction seemed to dictate that Undertaker and Batista would have a blowoff match at Judgment Day, and Taker would've most likely feuded with someone else, while Batista tended to the upper mid-card.
Since Edge had to be brought in as champ, the only logical feud for him would be Batista DURING a period where there was like 3 PPV's in about a month and a half's time. It would be hard to stick ANY feud for just a 2 week period. WWE creative unfortunately doesn't seem to be serious about Benoit as a WHC-chaser anymore, thus Batista for 3 PPV's straight.
We can only hope for another good match like their cage match at ONS.
