For me, Lice Capades was the weakest one. I was bored watching the Lice scenes.
Having said that, I still can't wait for the 2nd half of the season. Only 25 more weeks to go!
I liked the lice episode better than Wednesday night's episode, but agree they were the 2 weakest of the new bunch. But, was Wednesday night's the last new episode? Crap.....
(edited by Rudoublesedoublel on 20.4.07 0948) University of Kentucky basketball isn't a matter of life and death, it's much more important than that.
I know South Park has always shown violent deaths with Kenny and everything else, but the people getting their head blown off scenes hit me wrong after seeing all the VA Tech stuff on the news this week.
Plus, I always spend the majority of the episode trying to figure out Trey and Matt's position. Are they pro-homeless or anti-homeless?
Spare some change??

Why it didn't "hit you wrong" all the other times?
You can be pro-homeless in that you don't think people who are unlucky enough to be without housing deserve scorn and hate.
To those who say people wouldn't look; they wouldn't be interested; they're too complacent, indifferent and insulated, I can only reply: There is, in one reporter's opinion, considerable evidence against that contention. But even if they are right, what have they got to lose? Because if they are right, and this instrument is good for nothing but to entertain, amuse and insulate, then the tube is flickering now and we will soon see that the whole struggle is lost. This instrument can teach, it can illuminate; yes, and it can even inspire. But it can do so only to the extent that humans are determined to use it to those ends. Otherwise it is merely wires, and lights, in a box.-Edward R. Murrow
This and Lice Capades were definitely the weakest in show -- South Park's formula of Runs-With-Premise is very hit or miss and those two missed the mark for me. It varies from person to person, of course, but everybody has a tolerance point after which the whole "Serious Drama in Silly Context" gimmick gets tiresome.
Gotta agree with the above, though; what exactly was the position being taken here? They were never particularly clear about it. Do they dislike homeless people for constantly asking for money or what?
Originally posted by Guru ZimIt was just a spoof of zombie movies, I thought.
This one was influenced by the Romero zombie flicks. Especially with the title of the episode (Night of the Living Homeless), Glenn "turning" (Dawn of the Dead), the Dr. with the homeless subject (Bub from Day of the Dead), taking refuge on the roof (Dawn of the Dead), and the buses (Dawn of the Dead).

How DO they come up with this stuff?
7 for 7 this half-season.
In the Rolling Stone article that came out as this season started, they were at a planing session for this season when either Matt or Trey started complaining about their local governments zoning board giving them trouble over a fence that they wanted to build. From there it turned into, don't they have something more important to take care of, such as the homeless, which lead to how would southpark officials deal with a homeless problem.
Look for the issue with cartman at sadam's hanging on the cover. A buch of items in the article made it into the 1st half of this season.
