All you really need to know about this movie is it was hilarious. Heder is funny, Ferrell is his usual awesome self, Poehler and Arnett are fantastic, and you get to see Jenna Fisher in lingerie. What more do you want, GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!
Lisa: Poor predicatble Bart, always picks rock Bart: Good ole rock, nothing beats that
It clearly wasn't on the level of Ferrell's classics (Anchorman, Old School, Talladega Nights), but it was still a fun little movie. Going by the 'frat pack' ranking scale, it was about on the level of Dodgeball. I couldn't help but get the impression that half of Ferrell's lines were improvised. Jon Heder, honestly, might as well have not been in the movie, given how much Ferrell outshone him.
Did anyone else giggle every time someone referred to Craig T. Nelson as Coach?
I don't know what is more disquieting -- the fact that the rest of the statue is missing, or that it has four toes.
The movie should've been about the Arnett-Poehler-Fischer family since their scenes were the only good ones. And I'm a sizeable Will Ferrell fan. But I don't think this was as good as even Starsky & Hutch. Arnett and Pam were excellent, however.
From the title of the episode and the way the plot was going, you knew they were going to kill one of the two of them...but the way they showed Aya just disintegrate like she did...so heartbreaking.
