Yes! Logan is back and he's got a beard. Hopefully this means the Russian storyline will pick up in the last half of the season here.

I saw the Tom double swerve coming. I wonder who they're bringing in for the assasination attempt on Wayne? Maybe someone we know?

Milo was pretty badass and dumb at the same time. He could make a good field agent if they taught him how to shoot straight.

I'm wondering how Morris is gonna redeem himself. Nothing will ever top the George Mason redemption but Morris should be able to get something on a Chappelle level.

I really thought that when Lennox made that call to the Secret Service, we were going to get an Aaron Pierce appearance. That's who he should have called! And is anyone else noticing that Josh definitely has the same genes as Kim? Also, Jack's dad telling him how disappointed he was that Jack became a "civil servant" was pretty crazy. Jack's saved the world about 10 times, and that's only on the days we've seen. He didn't run off to become a mailman or work at the DMV.

One of the better episodes this year I think. I like the tie-in with last years plot and the return of Logan. Tom doing the right thing was nice (I too expected the return of Aaron Pierce). To be honest I wouldn't mind seeing Palmer blown up and a hardcore combative President take office. It might make for an interesting development.

Maybe I am naive, but I am still expecting an Aaron Pierce appearance somewhere in this assassination plot. That would mean that characters that I actually like would pretty much outnumber those I don't (now that Logan is back, and both Palmer's sister and Karen Hayes have disappeared).

The Bored are already here. Idle hands are the devil's workshop. And no... we won't kill dolphins. But koalas are fair game.

sweet ... Charles Logan sporting the heel facial hair ...

And we didn't get the ever-annoying sister of the President.

Is Regina King even on the show anymore? Her storyline seems to have completed, and she isn't in the credits.

It just struck me when I saw bearded Logan that he played Paul Rudd's dad on Friends. I'm not sure why that role sticks in my mind, but Greg Itzin seems to have a totally different look with facial hair.

This storyline with Jack's dad is interesting, but it still carries a few too many parallels to last year's Jack/Christopher Henderson storyline.

My guess on the Palmer assassin: Mandy.

I don't know what is more disquieting -- the fact that the rest of the statue is missing, or that it has four toes.

The bad news is that they've taken every plot device from the past seasons and rolled them into this one. It is like a random movie plot generator where you can just combine any 3 of 10 elements to get the summary.

The good news is that it moves fast enough so the plots I don't like disappear quickly. I'm hoping Regina King is off and she takes her big pussy boyfriend off with her.

They've got to keep the father far away too. It makes no sense why he'd want to kill off his family. Why would he do everything to protect his company, to give his company to his grandson, to kill his grandson? Now after trying to kill Jack and killing the son he likes, he doesn't really want to kill Jack.

Maybe Jack is just a civil servant, but he didn't end up like Graham. They need to get rid of Josh too. How about returning with the gun to help your uncle who just saved your life, little momma's boy.

And the whole Morris thing is a poor excuse to give Chloe more of a storyline.

At least they get more action and some better characters in.

I think Pierce is probably retired and livin' large with Mrs. Logan. If he was still with the Secret Service, surely he'd be right there with Wayne like he always was with David.

When Logan wants revenge and/or some make-up lovin' from his (I presume) now ex-wife, you just know Aaron Pierce will be involved somehow. Ex first ladies get secret service protection right?

EDIT : Oops just saw SEADAWG's post. Yep I agree.

I'm just glad to finaly find out what the Rabbit has to do with Easter. I may teach that story to my kids someday, if just to piss off other parents.
