I've been pondering this one for about two weeks, after I finished my McRib.
This could be just about anything that is available on a limited/seasonal basis. Beer brews, food, candy, drinks..whatever, just your favorite (close seconds are o.k. too).
Although I enjoyed my McRib I can't say it's my favorite.
My favorite would have to be the Cadbury Easter Egg. I actually buy a few boxes of these every season. I truly stock up on these, my wife hates it. Then after Easter passes I buy more at half price from my local Albertsons grocery store.
Samuel Adams Winter Lager. I drink this as much as I can for as long as I can every year. In March when the supply becomes scarce, I mourn.
Ken Kennedy debuted a new finisher: Jeff Hardy fans will insist on calling it the Swanton Bomb, but it looks WAY more devastating when not performed by a 180-pound fruitcake. -Rick Scaia 06.12.2006
#1 would have to be McDonald's Shamrock Shake. It used to be available all through March. Now it's available for a week, tops. I also love Friendly's Peppermint Stick Ice Cream, Cap'n Crunch Christmas Crunch, and Shipyard Pumpkinhead Ale.
Ditto Cadbury Creme Eggs and Mini Eggs. When I briefly lived in England I remember you could get those Cadbury Eggs anywhere-year round. In Ireland I bought Cadbury Dream Eggs- Which were white chocolate with white filling--so good.
I'm also weird in that I think Holiday themed M&M's taste better. Maybe because in my mind I know the Christmas/Valentine/whatever ones haven't been sitting around for a year on the shelf (unless of course they are last year's holiday candy)

Sam Summer, myself, although I'm a fan of every Sam's seasonal I've had (haven't had the Spring one yet.)
Candy corn is my vice around Halloween. Truthfully, it is around year-round, but I seem to always forget until it is available all over the place. But I will only eat candy corn from Farleys. The Brach stuff is awful.

My Sammy Seasonal hierarchy:
Winter Lager > Oktoberfest > Summer Ale >>>>>> Spring Ale
I wish they would go with something new, but somebody out there must be buying it.
I can't believe this slipped my mind earlier, but Magic Hat Jinx is right up there with Winter Lager. I might even enjoy it more, but maybe that's because it's less prevalent on the shelves in Boston than Sam Adams. Get a block of smoked gouda, Triscuits, apples, and a couple growlers of Jinx and you have yourself a delicious afternoon.

That's my seasonal guilty pleasure what's yours?
I don't know if they still do or not, but the McDonalds on Clairemont Mesa by the courthouse used to have the McRib on the menu year round.
Apple cider and donuts before, during or after attending college football games in the fall is THE BEST. Shamrock shakes are a must as well. My other vice is making a pitcher of homemade sangria in the summer and spending the evening reading on my deck.
Due to doctor's orders, I have had to modify my diet materially. Among the early steps was with having to give up chicken wings to try to get my cholesterol under control.
Nevertheless, I allow myself the indulgence of chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday. Man, do I look forward to it.
The rest of the year I more or less am much better behaved, for the past 5 1/2 years, I have had chicken wings only once per year.
Chalk me up as another fan of the Cadbury Creme Eggs. While thinking about things that only come around for Easter, I have to mention pink Hostess Sno-Balls. I know Sno-Balls are available year-round, but a few years ago, they switched the color from pink to white, and the pink ones that I remember so fondly from my childhood now only come out for Easter.
The other limited-time favorite I have to mention is the Baskin-Robbins flavor "Quarterback Crunch" -- vanilla ice cream with chocolate-covered puffed rice and a caramel swirl, only available during football season (which sadly means it's about to disappear again).
