Despite some rather horrendous clock management at the end of regulation, Chicago managed to pull it out on the hoof of Gould - hey, that Gould isn't too bad either
Note to Seattle: when you get a gift interception, don't immediately follow it up by throwing one of your own - kthx
Good game - let's hope the AFC doesn't drop another turd in the upcoming late game like they did with the first game yesterday
Happiest man from this result: my coworker, who puts almost all his Bears tickets on eBay (got $900 for his pair for today's game - I can only imagine what the NFC Championship would fetch - well, by next week I should know!)
So can we put the Rex Grossman questions to rest now and turn our attention to their real problem, the defense. As great as the defense is during the regular season they haven't been all that good in the past three playoff games. Maybe the question should be if they show up rather than if Rex shows up.

Says an admitted Bear hater - No. One game does not a good quarterback make. He had a very good half season (or thereabouts) this year. He's still apparently learning the pro game. He is still a cause for concern.

Eh, considering they gave up 24 points to a team that went to the Super Bowl last year, with one of those TD's coming with a very short field after the Grossman interception, I'm not too unhappy with how they performed. The multiple stops on 3rd/4th and short were very encouraging.
Worst Video ever??? Are you kidding, that may be the greatest video. I had to watch the whole thing, I just couldn't pull myself away.
I had never noticed before, most likely due to being in 2nd or 3rd grade back then, that McMahhon and Payton look like they missed the video shoot and were shot infront of a bluescreen. Any of the older crowd know if there is a story there?
As for worst video, the one put together by Pats fans in the weeks leading up to the superbowl where they threw a fridge into the Harbor was much worse.

Pretty sure McMahon wasn't there for the shoot. Can't remember about Payton.

They both missed the original shoot due to disagreements with the producers. They agreed to participate shortly thereafter and were just spliced into the video.
