The price of gas has been plummeting ever since the holidays. I filled up yesterday with $2.019 regular and expect that maybe, just maybe, we'll see it back under two bucks by the end of the month!
Eh, 2.159 in central Jersey. Don't we have a refinery here that keeps our prices a bit lower than the most of the country? (Why yes we do, my grandfather worked there.)

I was just in Louisville and it was 2.119.
Went from $2.29 to $2.23 this week in Morristown

We went down from $2.299 to $2.229 yesterday, but the other stations in town didn't go down to that until today. We're actually making good money on it, because the cost + state tax + federal tax is about $2.00 here.

Thought it was dropping, but that's probably one BP station looking at the other stations nearby and deciding it might be good for business to not charge $.10/gallon more than the one right across the street. Cheapest I've seen today is around $2.399.
We saw $2.069 today at the Citgo down the street and they run about 8-10 cents higher than the stations closer to Kalamazoo and/or Grand Rapids so I'm praying I might see gas back down below 2 bucks a gallon during my morning commute to the booming metropolis of Grand Rapids.

Tonight, I saw $1.999 at the EXPENSIVE station, so I expect everyone else will have followed suit by the time I head out tomorrow. Of course, I'm on a full tank at the moment, so let's see if it can stay there for a few hundred miles. :)
