Hopefully, this isn't old news to people, but last night I was poking around YouTube and found some clips from Jim Hellwig's shoot interview that are pretty interesting. I tried finding the actual DVD this is from, but I couldn't... and honestly, I didn't look all that hard.
Anyway, I'm pretty certain you have to take a lot of what he says with a grain of salt, but it's still amazing to hear him talk like a normal person. In my opinion, the WCW portion is the better of the two:
Honestly, really good shoot. Warrior makes a lot of sense. He comes across as a lot less deluded about himself than a lot of guys. Doesn't trust many people in the wrestling business but who can blame him?
I could barely recognize the guy! Awesome, awesome video, though...but I gotta wonder what his legacy really is in the industry. He seems to know what his is, but...what is it, really?

The whole article sounds very tabloidish (not a word, I know, but it seems like a fluff piece someone came up with). Punk isn't Vegan, as you've pointed out, but then again, it really doesn't paint a bad picture of the WWE Superstars.
