Pretty cool match between King Booker, Batista and Finley. Finley had the best moment of the night with his mini-tantrum after failing to pin Batista. It lasted three seconds but was fun to watch.
Benoit and Chavo was decent and the pacing of this feud seems to be going well.
The best part about London/Kendrick vs. MNM was the announcers putting over their history.
Hopefully MVP and Kennedy can continue their heelish behavior, as that kind of persona really adds to their character. I know that I'm interested in this and also wonder what the plans are for the Undertaker and Kane after wards.
Again, a fun show focusing on the wrestling product.
Does anyone else feel like MVP & Kennedy will be tag team champs at some point in the near future?
Regarding Armageddon, I hate that fact that 1.) The champion will not be defending his title, and 2.) Due to a lack of depth on the face side, they have to bring Cena over to tag with Batista.
I don't care about the Eddie feud and probobly never will. Chrisp back breakers, yes...heat, no. Benoit can't work a crowd.
that three way was very watchable, thanks to finlay.
What else happened? its so hard to remember sometimes. i dont remember being psyched about anyone. ECW has CM Punk, Raw has Cryme Tyme...who is new and exciting on smackdown?
Heres my idea: combine the titles, then have the smackdown or raw tag titles become the premier belts for that show. That way, we will get more teams like orton and edge (And hopefully good matches). It'll be a lot easier for a team like Ken Ken and MVP to get over.
"I don't like to even admit doing jobs." - Stan Hansen shoot interview
WWE aren't even listening to their fans about the Eddie crap. They are apathetic about it and indifferent, they won't stop it. I've lost all respect for Vicki and Chavo for their display this week.
The world title match was pretty good, and so was MNM/London and Kendrick. The problem is, the world title triple threat should've been the Armageddon main event instead of the tag match which is basically a SD! TV main event.
I think the inter-brand mixing is the first step towards some of the title unification that y'all are suggesting. There may well be a tag title unification match at Wrestlemania (the Hardys are probably the favorites), and a world title unification between Cena and Batista. We'll get a hint at Armageddon if Cena/Batista lose due to miscommunication between the two of them, so the seed will be planted for WM23.
Is Vito injured? He was slowly moving into the upper midcard, but he hasn't been on the show in weeks.
"I don't know what is more disquieting -- the fact that the rest of the statue is missing, or that it has four toes."
Bwahaha! Being in a tag team with Rhino means never having to say you're sorry. A sorry excuse for a face, that is. B^) I'm guessing the point of Joe saying he's going to kill Angle is to get people to chant his chant again.
