The two guys in riot gear who follow Paul Heyman around. The general consensus is that they're the Bashams, but that's never been officially confirmed one way or the other.

One of them is Derek Nelkirk from Deep South. One of the Bashams (I want to say Danny) is hurt, so he replaced him.
Newest match announced...Batista vs. King Booker for the World Heavyweight Championship. 2 more matches to be announced this week. I'm sure one of them will be Kennedy/Taker.

This one kind of scares me. How many mediocre runs with the US title can Benoit have? Especially if he loses here.
And what the hell is this Eddie Guerrero estate business? Does Eddie even have an estate? The possibilities that WWE might go with here, and with this being 1 year anniversary of Eddie's passing, truly frighten me.
I think that Benoit/Chavo could still be a decent wrestling match- it's just a shame that they have to have such a bad taste storyline- it makes no sense.
All in all I'm still looking forward to this PPV and I haven't said that about many WWE PPVs this year.
I think I've pinned down what makes Survivor Series matches more appealing. I think the whole elimination tag stipulation gives the card a more legit 'team' sporting feel...I know that sounds a little crazy....does anyone else know what I mean?

For me, it's the possibility of seeing totally new match-ups that haven't been done to death already (and may never, since the combatants are all on different shows). Oh, and marking out over the Hardyz reunion. :)
What I like about this Survivor Series is that it's joint between all three brands but because of the Survivor Series matches they're gettin more people on and getting pretty much all the good talent from each brand. It goes to show that if they ever went back to one brand they'd have a heck of a roster. Unfortunately I doubt they have any plans for that or they wouldn't have started a third brand. So instead we'll have to go back to watered down wrestling in a few weeks.
Who knows though maybe they'll at least do a lot of interpromotional stuff from now through Wrestlemania since Survivor Series, Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania are all joint ppvs and you could have some interpromotional feuds going on through the next several months.
Women's wrestling has gotten so bad in the WWE that I honestly will miss alot of the program to avoid any mention of it. I'm sorry but I think that it's time to dedicate all of Velocity or Heat to it and keep it off the broadcast televison.
I'm looking forward to the PPV, though it's too bad Taker/Kennedy is First Blood. I dislike that stipulation because it doesn't solve anything - ooh, you made the guy bleed. What does that prove?

I agree, but like some said in an earlier post, it is a way for Taker to lose without being pinned. Mr. Kennedy (......KENNEDY!) needs this win to move up to a main event player and give him more credibility.
The problem I have with Taker is that he could get pinned every week for a year and he would still be a credible Main Eventer at the following PPV. I wish he would let some of these younger guys get clean pins on him and then move on to something else without getting his pin back.
...that motherfucker is always spiked with pain.....
