Ladies and gentlemen, the following public service message is brought to you by your friends from D-Generation X, who would like to remind each and every one of you that if you're not down with that, we've got two words for you... So that's why I like House so friggin' much... apparantly, he's as much an Asperger's case as I am.
Good change of pace from last week's serious/emotional episode, as this one brought the funny early ("YOU CAN'T STOP OUR LOVE!") and didn't let up from there. I'm still trying to piece together House's reaction once he figured jailbait girl out, and that whole angle was more interesting this week for me than the actual case. (And the resolution to the actual case? Gave me a serious case of the jibblies.) All about House this week on the character development front, too - everyone else, even Cameron, was just kinda there this week. Which is fine, but I'd really like them to delve a bit more into Cuddy or Chase in the near future.
The only reason the baseball playoffs suck: I gotta wait five weeks for a new House? I hope the Yankees roll through and keep me interested, or else it's going to be a long month...
smark/net attack Advisory System Status is: Elevated (Holds; June 18, 2006) While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.
Yeah, the "You Can't Stop Our Love" line was great, as was Cuddy's response to him feeling frisky. I don't think that the reason he gave the girl for her liking him was accurate, but just a ploy to try to keep her from liking him. I have a funny feeling, it's not the last time we'll see her this season.
They seem to slowly build the sexual tension on the show, between House and Cameron, House and Cuddy, Wilson and Cuddy, and Wilson and Cameron. The latter of the four being more onesided, IMO.
With any luck, the baseball playoff portion of the season will fly by, I don't have nearly the interest in them as I did last year, as I absolutely dread a New York/New York World Series.
This episode had me in stitches. From "You Can't Stop Our Love!" to Foreman's reaction of walking in and seeing jailbait girl's chest the whole thing was awesome. Wilson's "Unless you wanna make out" was great too. This show is a juggernaut of quality.

And what a dumb thing to do; you knock when a doctor's with a patient.
This episode was filmed earlier in the series sequence than it was shown. House has been shown playing that handheld for a few episodes now.
I cracked up at him blatantly quoting Casablanca knowing a girl her age and social status would have no clue he wasn't making it up.

This would explain why Cuddy and Wilson were acting like they had a secret, but then if this is earlier, people should've been making a bigger deal of the cane and I dunno. You're probably righ tand they covered it up in editing.

Crazy idea? House's reaction was "I think she bought it." I think he made the diagnosis up to get rid of her.

You're probably right, but I swore House had a PSP last season too. He always seems to have the newest portable gaming system.

See, that's the thing; I don't think he did. I think it was yet another scenario of House being too damn smart for his own good, and that his frustration (saying "damn it!" over and over) was real, since jailbait girl's attraction to him wasn't genuine but rather generated from whatever infected her during that earthquake. I don't think even House would give a prescription for a condition that doesn't exist just to get rid of a stalker.

Oh, fabulous. The Yankees roll over and play dead, and now I have to be pissed off at FOX for the next month for depriving me of House when there's nothing better on...

I thought the movie was okay. (backofthehead.com) I also thought the comic that it was based on, which I'd heard good things about and read digitally last week for 99 cents, was also okay.
