I've just had my first taste of Nintendo WI-FI goodness...and I love it. I played Mario Kart DS online against a few people online the other day, and it was really, really fun. At work, there are a few people who own DS systems, and we play Animal Crossing and Super Mario, as well as the occasional game of Kart.

So, my question is: how many fellow W's here play their DS systems online? If so, who's up to trading friend codes?

I just set-up my Wi-Fi for Tetris DS the other day, and I've been getting my ass handed to me ever since.

I bought Mario Kart yesterday, but haven't really ventured into the WiFi part of it. As soon as I'm more comfortable with the game (I haven't played a Mario Kart game since the SNES), I'd be more than happy to try the friend code thing.

My friend codes:

For Mario Kart DS: 305017 262092
For Animal Crossing: 043024 256961

I don't get on nearly as often as I'd like to, but I'm planning on picking up one of those Nintendo WiFi keys when I get my new laptop next month.

Any vistors to my town on Animal Crossing can have as many pears as they want :-)

Whoops - disregard my earlier post, as I had to register new friend codes (my DS got stolen and I bought a DS Lite).

Another friend code - this time for Clubhouse Games: 4682 3663 3972

If anyone's up for a rousing round of President, that'd be swell. Or Darts, which I suck at.

For those of you that don't just use Nintendo's own Wi-Fi adaptor, what's a good and cheap wireless router to buy to enable me to go online with my DS and eventual Wii?

I haven't hooked this up at my house yet, but I had no problems getting the Wii hooked up to a Linksys WRT54G router at my in-laws house over thanksgiving.

Torchslasher, thanks for the kind words. It's always great to hear positive reinforcement! =) The plan is to be doing this for awhile (especially after I find work, because then I'll have money to buy some new games).
