-World Championship Match: Rey Mysterio vs. King Booker

I think Mysterio retains, though Booker has been entertaining and I wouldn't mind seeing him get a run with the belt.

-Punjabi Prison Match: Undertaker vs. Great Khali

Since 'taker was on the wrong end of a beating tonight, I say he puts Khali away for good this Sunday.
EDIT: Khali out, Big Show in. No contest for this match, unless Vince wants to really bury ECW, he'll have 'Taker win clean.

EDIT: -Bra and Panties 4-way match

I'll go with Kristal getting the upset victory.

-U.S. Title Match: Finlay vs. Lashley vs. William Regal

Finlay retains, but with some help from his sidekick. He doesn't hold it for long, though.
EDIT: Lashley out, so Finlay beats Regal.

-Tag Title Match: Kendrick and London vs. The PitBulls

Pitbulls win the titles in a match that I'd love to go 15 minutes.

-Open Challenge: Batista vs. ?

Who knows who answers this challenge. Hopefully a newcomer to the Smackdown brand- they could use it.
EDIT: Thanks to Smackdown, we know Kennedy is the challenger. I guess Batista still wins.

I wouldn't be surprised if they add another match to make six. Five seems like a low amount.
EDIT: They did! Cruiserweight title match: Helms v.s. one of or both of the Mexicools

WWE.com made a big deal out of Helms being the longest reigning Cruiserweight champ in WWE history or something like that, so of course, he loses to Super Crazy.

- Booker finally wins a REAL WWE world title! And Rey gets his knee(s) fixed afterwards!

- Batista beats SPOILER (..... SPOILER!) and becomes the new # 1 contender for Bookerīs belt at Summerslam!

- Kendrik and London retain!

- Finlay and the Little Bastard defeat Lashley and Regal!

Wow! Thatīs a nic little card so far! Iīm glad Henry is out of this one!

But outsch! There is another:

- Taker somehow loses again, because this feud is SO great it HAS to continue til Summerslam! (Maybe Big Show interferes?)

Edit = SPOILER (...SPOILER!)

Possible hintage is that Batista pinning Booker was the plan for the SNME tag match all along even before Henry got hurt, so Booking Logic pins the future champ before he gets the belt so you have a natural challenger set-up. And they've been setting up Chavo turning on Rey for two months. Soooooo.

What *is* the Punjabi Prison Match going to be, anyway? I'm hoping that we'll see the return of Kennel in a Cell, with tigers instead of dogs.

Anyway:

Mysterio v. Booker: Booker.

Finley v. Lashley v. Regal: Lashley.

Kendrick/London v. Pitbulls: Pitbulls.

Taker v. Khali: Taker. Gotta get his heat back, you know.

-World Championship Match: Rey Mysterio vs. King Booker

I hope it's booker. I like Rey but I also lilke Booker. I'd be happy with either result though it would be nice to have the title of "king of the ring" mean something again.

-Punjabi Prison Match: Undertaker vs. Great Khali

It's Khali's match so he has to win, right?

-U.S. Title Match: Finlay vs. Lashley vs. William Regal

Lashley wins because the leprechaun screws up some how. Regal may also screw up and hit Finlay with the shillelagh. The shillelagh is involved in a Lashley win though.

-Tag Title Match: Kendrick and London vs. The PitBulls

Keep the belts on Kendrick and London just so people can remember them. The pitbulls can win it the next time.

-Open Challenge: Batista vs. ?

Kennedy? Sabu? Giant? Orton? Nitro? A heel Rey? I'm trying to think of someone who isn't in a feud who could do it and I think Kennedy may be the only guy.

It's a huge stretch, I know, but I don't think Kane's been doing anything lately, so maybe he's another possibility for Batista's opponent.

Kane's been overseas promoting foreign premieres of "See No Evil".

I believe that they announce big Dave's GAB opponent at the week's SD.

-World Championship Match: Rey Mysterio vs. King Booker

I don't like either guy as champion, but I guess it would make sense to move on and build toward Booker vs. Batista, since apparently we all care about that match because it has OMG REAL LIFE HISTORY. Booker wins.

-Punjabi Prison Match: Undertaker vs. Great Khali

I smell 'Taker getting "killed" again or something. The fact that it's a Khali specialty match (and hopefully a pretape) means there's room for all sorts of doin's and transpirin's. UT then gets resurrected just in time for a SummerSlam match, where he finally wins.

-U.S. Title Match: Finlay vs. Lashley vs. William Regal

No title change. No one cares.

-Tag Title Match: Kendrick and London vs. The PitBulls

Pitbulls win the titles. No one cares.

-Open Challenge: Batista vs. ?

The spoilers are already out on this one, and if people don't know already they will after Smackdown. Batista wins.

Taker vs. Khali: Taker, and no one will care.

Finlay/Lashley/Regal: Finlay wins via pinning Regal

Kendrick & London vs. Pitbulls: Pitbulls

Batista vs. Spoiler: since point of the whole thing is to re-establish Batista as "the Animal," I'm going with Batista

Mysterio vs. Booker T
I would think Mysterio's title reign comes to an end against the Super Hot Booker T right now.

Undertaker vs. Khali
Ugh. I don't know. I guess Taker. I don't understand this, but apparently the live crowds do.

Finlay vs. Lashley vs. Regal
I expect plenty o' shenanigans. And for Finlay to retain.

Kendrick & London vs. Pitbulls
On paper this is a great match. I hope they keep them on Kendrick & London.

Batista vs. Mystery Opponent (for now)
It's a nice profile match for the opponent, but Batista will no doubt win, setting up the quasi-shoot Booker/Batista feud for the belt. Which, to be honest, sounds like a hot program to me.

God bless the men of 2nd Bn, 127th Inf, 32d "Red Arrow" Brigade, WI Army Nat'l Guard...good luck, and come home soon.

World Championship: Rey Mysterio (c) vs. King Booker:
Rey loses via interference from somebody in the King's Court...I'm hoping for Little Bastard shenanigans, but my money's on Regal, spinning off into a Rey/Regal feud and leaving Batista to chase champ Booker (who the crowd will HATE even more once he ends Rey's "dream run.")

Punjabi Prison Match: Undertaker vs. Great Khali
Still don't know what the hell this "prison" thingy is. With all the putting over of Khali they've been doing...'Taker wins. Daivari takes a chokeslam.

WWE US Championship: Finlay (c) vs. Lashley vs. William Regal
Finlay retains via Little Bastard shenanigans (hee hee), but perhaps Regal gets miffed at not winning, setting the stage for a Finlay/Bastard face turn down the line?

WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Kendrick and London (c) vs. The PitBulls
Hey, a tag title defense! When's the last time we saw that from the red shirt crew? I figure they'll put the belts on the Pitbulls...just gimme a good match, fellas. C'mon, steal the show. I dare ya.

Batista vs. ? Spoilers abound, but even his opponent selected this Friday on SmackDown! won't derail the Batista push. Big Dave wins...maybe intereference from Matt Hardy?

Mysterio vs. Booker T: I think now might be the time for Mysterio to finally lose the belt. I don't want to see Rey get squashed by Batista in 30-seconds. I just hope it's not clean and that Rey and Batista can claim some sort of injustice so Batista can beat Booker at SummerSlam.

Undertaker vs. Khali: Khali won the last one, so Taker gets this one. If Khali beat him twice in a row, though, that would be interesting.

Finlay vs. Lashley vs. Regal: Finlay!

Kendrick & London vs. Pitbulls: Kendrick and London is my guess.

Batista vs. Mystery Opponent: If Batista is challenging for the belt at SummerSlam, I'm guessing it's someone impressive who has nothing to gain or lose. I don't know, let's say Big Show comes in from ECW and gets his ass beat.

Ladies and gentlemen, the following public service message is brought to you by your friends from D-Generation X, who would like to remind each and every one of you that if you're not down with that, we've got two words for you...

Rey/Booker
I'll probably be wrong, but I'm going to go against the grain and pick Rey to retain. If Batista/Booker really was the plan for Summerslam, then they wouldn't have had Batista pin Booker at SNME (and don't give me the "they had to book that finish on the fly" crap; Finlay was right there to do the job as well, and it wouldn't have hurt him to). Rey/Batista is the far more compelling matchup for Summerslam, given their on-camera friendship and Batista's vow about the title (with Rey representing exactly the kind of opponent Batista wasn't expecting). Plus, there's no way you can logically do Rey/Batista with Rey as the challenger, so Rey keeping the title gets you more mileage out of the underdog storyline and his main event run. You can still keep Booker hot via the Court through Summerslam and then position him as Batista's first challenger after he beats Rey, which makes for a longer and most likely better feud than we'd get if Booker got a one-month lame duck title reign.

UT/Khali
Khali wins again. Yes, I know it's sacriligious to say, given UT's propensity against jobbing and Khali's complete suckitude in the ring, but Khali has a mystique about him now that would be squelched dead by a UT win, especially in a match environment (likely involving a cage of some kind, given the name) that's only known to Khali. The match will certainly be more even than the Khali squash of UT at Judgment Day, but in the end (maybe with some help from Daivari this time?), Khali finds a way to triumph, but in a way necessitating another match at Summerslam, where you put UT over, but just barely.

Finlay/Lashley/Regal
Lashley wins the title back. I know that Finlay is over and is defying all matter of age and (logically) bad gimmicktry via the Little Bastard every time he goes out there, but they had no business changing the title last week. I clearly see Lashley as a guy that will be built into a World Title contender for Batista down the road, and as such, they need to stop this act of Lashley getting outsmarted by heels so easily. I do agree with whoever said that Lashley wins it back in large part due to a fuck-up by Regal, because then you have an opening to turn Finlay face and get months of awesome Finlay/Regal brawls as a result.

Hooligans/Pitbulls
It's too soon for a title change. There's a dearth of tag teams around the board right now (and if you believe Meltzer, it's about to get even worse on RAW), so you need to keep this feud going for as long as humanly possible. We all know that the Pitbulls are going to leave the feud with the titles, so the longer you put off the change, the longer you can drag out the feud. Besides, London & Kendrick deserve better than to be transitional guys for titles that they've both (especially in Kendrick's case) long deserved.

DAVE/SPOILER ALERT!
Batista wins, but stupid WWE... they picked the one guy on the Smackdown roster to replace the useless fat fuck that they can't afford to have squashed at the moment. Not only that, but they had a golden opportunity to send someone over from RAW to not only bolster the SD! roster but to give Batista even more big rivals to deal with down the road, and they blew it. Par for the course with them, naturally.

While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.

I have no idea where I read this, but one of the lesser news sites was touting the Punjabi Prison as a reinforced bamboo structure wrapped barbed wire. Which would a cool visual, if nothing else.

Also, they REALLY need some filler matches on this card.

A fair assumption would be a match that requires a) no pinfalls, and b) no bumps. I'm picturing it as put your opponent into the prison to win the match.

Meltzer has announced two more matches for the card:

4-way bra and panties match (Ashley v. Michelle v. Krystal v. Jillian): And the real winners are the fans. Okay, Michelle, I guess.

Cruiserweight title match (Gregory Helms v. someone): Yeah, sounds thrilling. Especially since "someone" will probably turn out to be Funaki or Scotty 2 Hotty, and the match will last four minutes. Bet on Helms.
