It's one thing to have the whole Turk/Carla baby arc, since I've been watching them as a couple for 5 seasons and it was the next logical step in their relationship. But when...

J.D.'s new urologist girlfriend, who I've known all of two episodes (superimposing or no superimposing) suddenly ends up knocked up after just appearing now. And mind you, this was a last 30 seconds cliffhanger and a swerve of a swerve when it was figured that the biggest plot twist was Jordan and Dr. Cox expecting their second child and for once it actually seemed like a mega-happy ending this season, until the rug was pulled out in typical Scrubs fashion.
...it's then a whole different thing, because I haven't been made to care about this just yet.
On the whole it was a good two-parter with a lot of funny mixed into it. I just didn't see the last 30 seconds coming at all.

I loved the two episodes and I thought that the whole cliffhanger has many possibilities. I have no idea how to shade my proposed scenarios without runining the cliffhanger for those who haven't seen it so I will not post it here. needless to say, Scrubs has never let me down and it did not tonight. I look forward to next season.
Well, that's just drunk talk! Sweet, beautiful drunk talk....
NBC continues to say to the world "Hey, we've got some good shows" with yet another strong edition of Scrubs. There's a lot of ways the SPOILER situation can go, some of which might mean a change in direction of the show.
Then again, it HAS been five years. Maybe J.D. needs to grow up a little?

That would be the best jusitification for pulling the trigger on this, and I'm sure one of the first things that happens next season is J.D. taking stock of his life and what a commitmentphobe he is, and probably the way we all know he's been for the run of the series, he wouldn't take a major step like this unless it was something that he was just thrust into.
I think having 24 hours to let the swerve sink in gives it some better perspective.

Dr. Cox's urologist: Do they ever say Chili's?
Lots of Chili's love going on at NBC between this and The Office.
Has the janitor always driven a replica of the A-Team van?
Is it still a spoiler two days after the show aired? When does it become Ok to talk about?
So here's my question: In a million years, did you ever think this would happen? One decade ago, I didn't even have an e-mail address or know what the Internet was ... now I can watch Piper slam a coconut against Snuka's head whenever I want? What will the world be like 10 years from now? Is it possible to procrastinate for 24 hours a day? Are we headed that way? -Bill Simmons on YouTube.

When the closing credits start. People on the West Coast should be smart enough to not visit the board for 2.5 hours if they're so worried about being spoiled.

Call it ridiculuous overcaution on my part. My inclusion to The Wonderful World of DVRs has made me more spoiler-conscious than I used to be, but then again you would be right in saying that someone who doesn't want a show/movie spoiled probably shouldn't click on that thread. Example: I didn't get to watch The Office until Monday evening, but I damn sure didn't go into the Office thread.
But if nothing else I'll remember it for future reference.
