Definitely KISS, Jewel (good one, I couldn't figure that one out), Blur, and the Beach Boys. Personally, I thought White Stripes and KISS were the trickiest ones in there (at least out of the 50 I could spot).
Are the two guys with the guitar cases supposed to be Blues Traveler? To the right of them is Hole (the hole in the ground); just behind the hole are The Gogo's. Behind them (and the lamp post) is Bush.

No, not Blues Traveler:

I believe they are The Killers. At first I thought they were supposed to be the Blues Brothers, but that doesn't fit in with the theme of the rest of the picture (i.e., plays on words and puns).
- Soaring airplanes... The most obvious would be Jefferson Airplane? - Queen with pink gun... Velvet Revolver? - The building with the purple wall deep in the picture... Deep Purple?

Not quite.

The guns look like they have vibrators to me, so I say Sex Pistols.
My total count is at 61 for now. The bigger version is really helpful.
Here's a really far-fetched guess: the blurry guy with the pink shirt on the right...since he's a blur, he's really fast...REM maybe? (rapid eye movement)
EDIT: Never mind. The answer would be:

Blur. I feel stupid now.
I'm really having trouble with: - The two contortionnists - The girl on the balcony blowing a bubble - The yellow bastard lookalike - The pink sky (Pink Floyd? just Pink?) - The group in white with their arms up

The yellow guy, I believe, is

Yellowman. And the scissors... anyone else get those? Ya know, Scissor Sisters?

I feel like until the originator of the picture (whoever the hell THAT is) publishes his list of the alleged 75 bands, there HAS to be double meanings allowed. Then again, while two people may come up with two different bands for the same thing in the picture, one of those bands is usually a better fit than the other.
I just discovered that the picture posted above is actually a cut version intended to be used as desktop wallpaper.

In the real world, WWE believes that no matter what our race, religious creed or ethnic background in America, we all share the common bond of being Americans. American-Arabs are a part of the fabric of America, and they should be embraced by all of us.
That's the problem with Andy. You either got what he was doing and LOVED him, or thought he was a psycho and didn't deserve to be on the list. I think we need more comics like him, willing to "think out of the box".
