So the 11th edition of our very own soccer league kicks off on Saturday with Some Shit Dallas Team v. Chicago Fire (4pm ET, ABC) and then some other irrelevant games amongst shit teams.
And then there's like 31 more matches per team.
Will the Galaxy pull off another double? Will someone manage the elusive treble? Will last year's expansion franchises continue to suck ass? Will Houston pick up where San Jose left off? Could the new Adidas kits be any worse?

Are there even any other MLS fans on the board?
I'm not a fan of MLS, but I am a soccer fan. As a result, I'll catch the odd MLS game if it's on while I have the tv on. I do recall your recaps from a while ago and thought they were good.
Have you been to a game? It's a really variable experience. When the Dallas team played in the Cotton Bowl, it was awful--huge, decrepit stadium, few fans, absolutely no atmosphere. The new park is pretty cool, though. I haven't been to an MLS game there, but I did see the U.S. national team (as well as the Mexican team) play there. The weather was awful, but the stadium is great. The Houston team should be pretty good, but I think they play in Robertson stadium (on the UH campus), so that's probably not a great place to see a game.
What's the treble? If it includes the MLS title, the cup between the USL and the MLS (is that the U.S. Cup?), and the CONCACAF Champion's League then it's impossible because the MLS teams have all been eliminated from the CONCACAF tourney.

It was a bad time for UFC to have another seemingly incorrect decision, after the much more ridiculous Machida victory where I still have no idea how anyone gives Machida three rounds.
