The most entertaining part of this show (or any show in a while)...

...The big fellow sitting in the front row with the orange jersey with the number 09 and the name Sandman. Watch him at the end of the Flair-HHH match. When HHH catches Flair in the Pedigree, the dude's face turns to anger, then he turns his back on the three-count! He couldn't hold up long enough, as he caught a peek at the Titantron.

Thank God we have folks like that to make such statements. Fight the power, dude...fight the power.

Of course, I couldn't help watching this guy the rest of the night. He seemed pretty happy to count along with Show's pin over Shelton and seemed pretty excited at the chance to get Cena's t-shirt.

I love how Duggan just randomly broke out into the "USA!" chant. The Edge promo was pretty decent prior to Duggan's appearance. The crowd sounds about 65/35 against Cena here....Not a very good Masters/Kane match....They smartly kept Mickie/Ashley short, and I liked Trish getting right out of the ring and heading to the back without looking toward Mickie in the ring. And another interesting piece added to the puzzle: the boyfriend....

Flair's better matches seem to always be against Trips these days....I guess that godaddy.com commercial was a little better than the Super Bowl one, but in comparison to others, it still stinks....Well, that kiss was quite the surprise....The "retirement party" could be interesting next week....I'm "eh" on the heart-attack angle. I can't believe they're getting rid of "Mama" so soon....

"A lot of people think Carlito DESERVES to be in the main event at WrestleMania"- Coach. I think he's been sampling whatever RVD has been smoking....I thought for sure Carlito would win, especially having to face Masters next. Pretty good match, actually....That pic of Vince and HBK previewing next week's retirement party cracked me up....The main event was alright, and I can't believe I didn't think of Foley as the special ref.

I really enjoyed hearing Styles call RVD's match. He really seemed to turn it up a notch during the match, and I liked hearing him call the van daminator. Oh yeah, and I'm an RVD mark.

In other news Maria is still HOT and Cena is a lucky man.

Let's hear it for Maria's outfit. Wow.

I liked this show a lot. A LOT. Each match was interesting for different reasons, and I think everyone did quite well. Except for Flair, who seemed to be running at one-third speed. I believe it fair to say Triple H virtually wrestled himself.

Did y'all hear the boos when Trish's date was introduced?

It was kinda hard not to notice the big guy. He actually did mange to catch Carlito's shirt.

This was the first RAW I've watched in weeks and I did get a kick out of the big guy in the first row. I thought he was going to play the part of the smark, but he dutifully cheered the faces and booed the heels that I noticed.

Mama almost was indecent after collapsing. Thanks to the medic who pulled her dress back down!

Something I did notice with Cena, he got in the lion's share of the offence while he was in there and the crowd didn't seem as against him as they seem to have been for a while.

Sorry, I'll try to keep it down if they show that son of a bitch again. Uhh, sorry.

I thought it was an alright show. Nothing ground-breaking, but it kept me interested for the full two hours, so I can't complain.

I do have to ask if anyone else noticed Vince completely coming unglued while talking to Michaels. How many times did he say that "attendance was manditory"? 26? It's very weird to see Vince get that messed up during a live promo where it seems he can't remember what he was supposed to say next.

And to think I just said to a friend at work yesterday that Lita wasn't wrestling anymore and wouldn't be until she wasn't with Edge anymore...

Agreed, i couldnt help noticing that fat guy turning his back. Looked like there was a handful of other people near him who kinda did the half turn. Wasnt that a common thing to do at OVW shows or was it ROH when the fans rejected something? I think it was done to Hassan before he got called up.

Very disappointed that they didn't make Edge's opponent in the mixed tag match Miss Atlanta Lively.
I wonder if they will play up the irony that the last time they moved RAW to Thursday due to the Dog Show was the night Shawn 'Lost His Smile'. And, the only way they will get me to really care about McMahon vs. Michaels is to make it a Hair vs. Hair match.
They really need to stop showing 1998 Kane footage, because it really shows how far the character has deteriorated in the past 8 years.

The two funniest parts of the show weren't even ON the show...They were during the commercial segments on WWE Unlimited.

1. Triple H was interviewed by Todd Grisham after his match, and he came into the camera view looking really fatigued. Some guy hands him a water bottle, Todd asks his question, and Triple H starts out "Well, Todd..." in a really high-strung girly voice. He stops quickly, turns his back to the camera, sticks his hand down his trunks, adjusts himself, and comes back in his normal voice. Crowd cracked up.

2. That "WWE Unlimited Exclusive" segment they showed after returning from the break was cut off from what was streamed just as the crowd started doing a "Na na na na hey hey hey goodbye" chant.

He said ELDER and now that it's mentioned I do see the resemblance. They could still do a paternity angle with Undertaker and Kan with Rashke being the father Kane and Undertaker coming from a different father. They'd be brothers from a different father with the same mother. They could have a son and father vs son and father tag team match with the mother on a pole! That is a solid gold angle right there!
It doesn't sound as good as, "brothers from different mothers" though.

Am I the only one that heard one of the EMTs say "we can't get a pulse" in regards to Mama Benjamin? The announcers never mentioned it, but I heard it clear as a bell.

I don't care if she doesn't know a wristlock from a wristwatch, I hope Maria wrestles every week as long as she wears that outfit.

And I absolutely loving Mickie/Trish angle. That "I'm-a get that bitch" look on Mickie's face after meeting Trish's date was awesome.

-So, the crowd boos the idea that Trish _isn't_ a Lesbian... They didn't seem to mind when she was "going out" with Christian in storyline terms... Remember, boys, if every girl was a Lesbian, there'd be nobody left for you.

-Carlito's working on expanding the moveset, it seems, and I was already liking him beforehand.

-Although Flair is face and HHH is heel, they wrestled the other way around, with Flair controlling the offense for most of the match and HHH getting the patented WWE "Win out of Nowhere"...

Still, not a bad show, but I'm still tired of Cena in the main event...

Well, if this is the case now, I am really glad that I'll never hear the smarks complain that Lita or Torrie Wilson can't wrestle and are just taking up space ever again.

Awesome.

I don't suppose it would be too much to ask for a screencap of said outfit for those of us whose wives preferred watching I, Robot (gaah) instead?

I always pick the wrong nights to get to bed early. How hot WAS the Maria outfit?

Either way, she's hot, but she's no Mickie James!

My roommate asked me a question, why does Vince always say he 'is here to inform you' when if he just SAYS what he is 'informing', it relays the same message.

I did like Vince's "these people don't like living in Atlanta either" line. Although I half expected a quip about WCW or Turner.
