On his website (stormwrestling.com), Lance Storm says:
"Yes, the rumours are true; I'm coming out of retirement and returning to action to Challenge Bryan Danielson on the April 1st ROH show in Chicago, Ill. I am very hopeful that Bryan will still be ROH Champion at this time, as it would enable our match to be for the ROH World Title. "Why is usually the next question, and there are several reasons behind this decision...."
He'll be doing this in addition to running his new wrestling school.
That is awesome!

Great news to hear. I'm a huge fan of Storm's and a fan of Danielson also.
If you didn't read the rest of the paragraph on Lance's page after where Stilton leaves off, he basically goes on to say he did an appearance for ROH and was impressed with the product, the fans and especially Bryan Danielson. Also his number one priority is his Wrestling Academy and ROH was willing to work around his schedule. It sounds like he'd be willing to do more dates as long as they don't conflict with his wrestling school but I doubt they would give him a title reign since he probably wouldn't be able to work a lot of shows.
I don't know. Lance Storm can probably do well for himself in TNA. I've always found his punches, chair shots and most of his power moves look awfully weak, but he is certainly carryable and he's Canadian.
Lance does has some weak punches, can't really say I can even remember him doing any chair shots, and he's not really a power wrestler. I do think his offense is better as a face though, and with his character, and being Canadian, it's not very often he gets to be a face.
How about this signing? http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/newsboard.php?news_id=12547 Daniels vs. Liger? Liger vs. Styles? Joe vs. Liger? Whatever it is, I love it.
