Wow, Mark Henry's looking a lot like the Predator in there. Was that intentional?
Also, Simon Dean has finally met his better. Now I'm left wondering if Simon Dean will still have the confidence to introduce himself as a death dealer OR as a mother fucker. I guess I'll have to wait until next week to see if the fantasy booking of your comix I'm doing in my head happens.
Is this the end of Simon Dean, The Death Dealer? Some how, I think not, but (Fit)Finlay certainly put him in his place this week. Nice squash, you played it out perfectly.
Trojan Corner: No, it wouldn't.

You had the same confusion I did. Finley actually beat up Matt Hardy.

I know that's what happened on the show, I figured this was Dean's way of introducing Finlay to the comix.
Matt sure did piss SOMEONE off in the company though. Finlay seriously gave him an ass beating he's not sure to forget. It looked more brutal then a Bob Holly beating.
Considering the beating Finlay put on him, and as angry as management still is over the whole "You didn't let Taker kill you!" thing, I'm surprised Matt was allowed to get as much offense in as he did. Getting stiffed by Finlay aside, the two of them actually worked a fairly good match, and I'd like to see what the two of them could do if Johnny Ace and company weren't determined to slowly bury V1, giving him just enough offense every match to make him decide not to quit...
When Angle went face-to-face with Henry, all I could think of was that maybe they were going to immitate that scene in Rocky 3 with Balboa and Clubber Lang.
Henry: "I'm going to bust you up." Angle: "Go for it."

1.) Escorting Raven through the entranceway...even if it was just pre-show, leading him to the gimmick table to put his stuff out. 2.) Talking with Ed, the NWA Midwest representative...
