Things are looking up for the Redskins offense with Saunders coming on board away from the Chiefs. With Joe Gibbs as the head coach, Gregg Williams and Al Saunders as assistant head coaches, we're set.

That's a heckuva a hire. The 'Skins might arguably have the best coaching staff in the league next season.

So will Brunell still their guy next year and/or when does Jason Campbell start getting some snaps? Will they deal Ramsey?

It seems Snyder has learned alot about how to run a football team. There is no cap on Coaching Salaries so hire the best at each position. He also seems to have taken a step back and is letting the staff pick the players and not just blowing his wad on names.

He is quickly turning from a joke into one of the best owners in the league. Of course that could all change come free agency. TO anyone?

Can you imagine our WR corps having both TO and Moss (the good one, not Randy)? TO could definitely help if he could keep himself in line. Of course, the same case can be made with every other team in the NFL.

I guess Brunell is coming back next year...Ramsey probably won't.

The thing is, TO has never had an elder statesman type of coach like Joe Gibbs. We've seen how Keyshawn has calmed down working with Parcells in Dallas, so maybe if Gibbs steps in and lays down the "no bullshit" edict from day one, it might work.

Then again, the Skins seem to have enough of a nucleus in place that they might make an NFC title run next season anyway. It is likely best to let some other team deal with TO's headaches.

I miss Sterling Sharpe on that show. Irvin has done better than I expected him to, though.
