For a guy his size, wow. I was impressed watching highlights of him the other night on WWE.com - I rarely tune in to Smackdown these days but it seems he has some pretty good technique for a guy his size. He is obviously quite green, but there is some sure fire potential with this guy. If they keep him on this "winning streak" he can be a bigger, more dominant, more fun to watch version of Goldberg that the WWE needed to get people interested in their program again.
I think it would be great if he came out at Taboo Tuesday during the SD vs. RAW match and kicked some butt. He needs to keep being pushed, and keep no-selling everything.
He's an amateur champion (though not college but in the army or something?) so he does have the skills. I already dug him but he was superimpressive in his match against Vito where he suplexed him around like it was nothing.

Yep...I see Lashley doing better than poor Ahmed Johnson. Personally, I also see Mr. Kennedy and Lashley as very big investments for the WWE.
If you can't beat'em whack'em with a chair! Go ahead...take a Chance!
On a semi-related note, after watching Velocity, it seems the WWE is trying to do away with the "Bobby" and have him just be known as "Lashley"- his chyron and titantron both just had his last name. What's the deal with WWE giving the guys only one name? Lashley, Sylvan (Grenier), (Gene) Snitsky, Carlito (Caribbean Cool), (Dave) Batista, Juventud (Guerrera), (John) Heidenreich, etc. I mean, these guys were originally introduced with a full name (except Juvi)...why just have them use one?

I think they overdo the single-name thing, but sometimes a guy's full name just doesn't fit the character. Bobby, Gene and Dave aren't real intimidating names for guys who are supposed to be quite intimidating. (Notice Batista is introduced exclusively as just Batista but is often called "Dave" in backstage segments where he's supposed to come off like a regular guy.) In other cases, like Carlito's, they seem to have decided that the full name was just too much of a mouthful. In all cases, though, I'd rather they just come up with another name -- Tyson Tomko, for example.
For those who get BBC America, there's a new show called "Faking It". (TLC has shown several episodes of the american-based version of the same show.) The episode being variously repeated this week is "Ballet Dancer to Wrestler".
