I was going to ask about last meal, but this seems less macabre.
Filet Mignon & rack of lamb grilled medium rare (by me!), baked sweet potato, caesar salad, with hot apple pie topped with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert
Drinks: single malt scotch before dinner, a nice cab while dining, strong coffee during dessert
As far as company--my wife & kids, parents and my children's godparents (plus their kids).
Holy crap I'm hungry!!

If I'm cooking at home, I'll take a 2 inch ribeye, rare, roasted herbed redskin potatoes, hominy, crusty bread with lots of real butter, and my wife's raspberry cheesecake. To drink, good old-fashioned sweet tea and coffee with the cheesecake.
If we're going out, sushi, sushi, and some more sushi with a side of sushi.

When eating out, fresh broiled softshell crab. When cooking myself for the family, a medium rare KC strip, roast duck, or stuffed pork tenderloin with rasperry sauce.
Eating out, it's gotta be the blue cheese crusted filet mignon they serve at Bistro Zinc in Aventura Florida. I don't live there anymore, but that was the most delicious steak in the world. Eating in, I'll say stuffed peppers.
I don't know what you'd call it, but my mom would make this enclosed pocket full of ground beef and italian sausage & cheese, and topped with marinara sauce..best dish I've ever eaten.
Chicken Geraldo. It's chicken sauteed in an amaretto-sauce with almonds and peaches served over pasta. A glass of wine with it. Its dinner and dessert all in one.
A big thick grilled steak, cooked a hell of a lot rarer than any restuarant will actually do it these days. You add a side of garlic mashed potatoes, still relatively lumpy and mashed with the skins on, served piping hot. Another side of applesauce, served just as hot. For desert, homemade apple pie - I think you can guess how hot I want it - with a scoop of Ben & Jerry's Vanilla ice cream quickly melting on top. And to drink, a Jack and Coke which is much more Jack than Coke.
"That's my problem - I'm too frank. That's why my mother shoved me down the stairs. But then she is fat."
A good couscous terrine with lots of spicy stuff and tofu. A baguette with goat cheese and brie. A salad with goatcheese and vinegar and oil dressing. Chocolate crepes for desert.
To drink, a glass of champagne to start, some bordeaux with the meal, and a good glass of pruneaux with the desert.
Eggplant parmigiana. Heavy on the mozzarella. In days past served with a bottle of vintage white wine; nowadays the beverage of choice would be Welch's White Grape Juice.
