...snot rockets. I don't think I've seen him do that in the WWF yet. I think that would get him way over as a face.

Him and Saturn did it together as a team when they first came to the WWF as the Radicals.

I miss it to though, but then again, I miss anything Benoit did.

Ah, yes, the tag team stereo snot rockets: disgusting and completely degrading to your opponents.

So is the Stinky Face, but that just crosses the "nasty" line for me.

If he could find a way to combine the Gym Teacher's Hankie with the "Talk to the hand" move, he would cease just being the coolest wrestler alive, but would move into being just the coolest damn man on earth.

There, I feel better now.

Hell yeah. After he makes his opponent "talk to the hand", he blows a snot rocket on him. Said opponent gets mad, throws a punch, but Benoit ducks, moves behind him, and unleashes 10 GERMAN SUPLEXES~!

Ok, I've had enough coffee for today ...

the snot rocket is one of his taunts in the N64 No Mercy game.
I believe all Radicalz have the move. Well I am sure Saturn has it too at least.
I always use it when we play when I put the hurt on some poor oponent.

Maybe he wasn't allowed to do it in the WWF anymore because it made him just too damn evil?
Like 5 killer german suplexes, one wicked swandive headbutt and chops that could slay an elephant wouldn't make you evil..

I keep reading he should return around WM time. Do you think he will be healthy enough to actually be on the card? I sure hope so. Maybe it won't be the main event and probably he won't end the evening holding the WWF/Unified/whatever it is then Title over his head but I really hope he will be in a good match near the main event at least.

Well, the 'Mania clock is ticking -- it's not really that far away. After the Rumble, the WWF just seems to make a beeline to WM, even though there is a PPV in between. Unless he shows up by No Way Out, I doubt they could have any kind of feud built up for him to have an actual match at 'Mania. WM is kinda early this year, too -- March 17th.

I sincerely hope that since he's been injured and had time to waste, that he's used some of it to work on his lesser abilities, AKA speaking live. I mean, sure, sure, you could just make a tag team of Benoit and Storm, and call them the robots, but that wouldn't go over, first of all, and second of all, fans could barely get behind them because they showed not much emotion...

Benoit at least has been given the opportunity to show off some emotion on some levels, such as, you know, his backlashes at getting screwed. Emotion is what gets people behind you. That, and actual skill, for you smark readers out there [myself included, ]

I hope he does get back before Wrestlemania, though. It wouldn't be as much fun without him. I hope they hype his return, too, only it's OBVIOUS that wouldn't make an entire RAW show the way HHH's return did... I just hope they, you know, bring it up, instead of just saying HEY HE'S HERE one week.

Well, probably Benoit is at home, bench-pressing thousands of pounds (and his baby) while cutting promos into a mirror he installed on his ceiling for just such an occation. Trust me: the WWF isn't retarded...well, not that much. Benoit=Canadian Hero, WrestleMania's in Canada. He'll be back next month...if not sooner. How cool would it be for Benoit to be a surprise entry in the Rumble?

Actually, that'd be cool, but I wonder how well that'd work, given that I doubt he's 100% just yet.

Exactly.
If they can use him ofcourse they will.
It's just from the get-go he was scheduled to be back around March..so it will be a close call.
I am sure with a guy like Benoit you don't have to do too much building up anyways.
Heel says he is the best, Benoit interupts, says he is and there you have your match.

No, my concern isn't putting him into a feud. the only thing I am worried about is IF he will be ready.

I think Benoit was over enough and well enough thought of by the fan base that even if he came back 2-3 weeks before Mania that he could be inserted plausibly into a match. Perhaps taking a 2 man and making it a 3 way dance or something of that ilk. Personally, since I have no real hope of Jericho holding his belt to WM, I'd like to somehow see Jericho vs. RVD vs. Benoit.

True. Now that I think about it, the WWF isn't afraid of hastily construction a reason for someone to be involved in a match. Common sense be damned!

From Ross Report:

"Chris Benoit is on target for a mid-March or early-April return and is healing very well."

Doesn't sound like he'll be back for WM.

"This team is in the playoffs and we expect to do some damage because every team up there, we can play with."

Cena's lost to Edge, Batista and Orton at SummerSlam. I would put good money on Rock/Cena not being for the title.
