Well, according to LOP:

In a phone interview for gerweck.net, Tammy Sytch is claiming that she will be returning to WWE in October or November. She also claims that she's lost a lot of weight and that she's 15 pounds away from being in "Sunny Shape" which is 115 pounds. She says she'd love to manage Ric Flair or Randy Orton and that she would like to put a bullet through the forehead of each and every Diva Search contestant. She also rips into Sable and Kimberly Page.

Tammy's claims of a WWE return should be taken with a grain of salt as she's not exactly the most honest person around. One of the reasons that contributed to her departure from WWE in 1998 was because she lied to Linda McMahon when said she was too sick to go to work but couldn't produce a doctor's note. However, WWE has been bringing back names of the past right and left such as Tatanka and Marty Jannetty, so perhaps a Tammy Sytch return isn't too far-fetched, especially if she were to get into "Sunny Shape."

Now, I cant imagine her actually looking like she used to back in her WWF days. Last time I saw her was in person at Hardcore Homecoming, and while she was slimmer, she is still far from what she used to look like. However, I would mark out like crazy if she came back to the WWE even if it was just for one night. She was really the first chick in wresting I really got excited over. She really created the whole diva thing. Before her, all you had was Elizabeth, Sherri, and Madusa for the most part.

I dont know what she would be doing if you got hired full time by WWE, but I dont really care. If they can bring Sable back, they can certainly use Sunny in some kind of entertaining way. I wouldnt mind some kind of Trish/Sunny verbal spat or something along that. Hell, let her go off on the useless diva whores they got so many of. Sunny = Ratings ! (at least for me)

Anyone think she will ever get on TV again, or is this just her spewing bullshit so some online site?

I go with spewing bullshit. If she were to ever come back, I'm pretty sure the order would be getting back into "Sunny" shape, then get a contract offer, not the other way around. And even at that, she would probably have to demostrate somehow that she would be able to keep her nose clean.

I could see them maybe bringing her in for a nostalgia pop, for the same reasons they brought in Jannetty, Tatanka, and Sensational Sherri. But no way in hell would she get an extended return.

If anything, assuming the speculation of Christy Hemme going heel actually works out, they could have Sunny come in for a quick one-off feud and have Christy attack her.

I'd love to see her back if she gets in shape, She always was a great talker and looking back you knew Vince had a soft spot for her but who knows. She should definetly be a heel manager to help elevate some talent like maybe a Rob Conway or the like.

Vince McMahon definitely has his altruistic side for people going through rough times (see Billy Graham, Jim Barnett, Paul Bearer), so I don't think a charity contract, especially a Legends 24/7 deal, for a widow is out of the question. Then again, Dawn Marie. Still, considering her history, I'd definitely wait and see if anyone confirms it. The idea of her losing all that weight sounds frighteningly unhealthy though.

Well Sable's comeback really did not last long. I'm guessing she may be low on $$$$$. Not to mention Sunny coming back at the same time as possible Bret's comeback would be a funny combination.

The logical fit would be Simon Dean.

Or an angle with Christy turning heel by attacking Sunny after mocks her for stealing the cheerleader schtick.

True, but unfortunatley Simon is a jobber. She should definetley be paired with a future prospect.

I've been seeing some footage of Sunny in her prime via WWE 24/7 and I've come to the conclusion that she was never really hot. I know I used to think she was, but that probably had to do with my being twelve at the time. In those days, when Woman was considered unbelievably beautiful, I can see how she got passed the radar, but virtually every one of today's divas are better looking. She isn't going to be offered a legends contract, because she's nowhere even close to approaching legendary status, which if I'm not mistaken requires more than two good years or, at the very least, being related to Randy Orton.

Now that we've established once and for all that there is absolutely nothing you WON'T shit on, could we maybe cut back on the proclamations?

For some reason Ashley reminds me of the old Sunny. Needless to say, I was glad she won the Diva Search though I may regret it later.

Well you don't really have to be a certifiable "legend" to sign one, you just have to be from the past.

I think it would definitely be the charitable thing to do for Vince to add her to the Legends roster. Certainly, she was much more popular than some of the others they've reached out to in recent years (Paul Bearer and Tatanka come to mind).

Plus, I hate the fact that she's put on weight seems to disqualify her from working in the WWE again. I've seen some recent pictures, and just because she's not in "Raw Diva Search" shape doesn't mean she's not attractive... plus, look at some of the other Legends they've brought back. Certainly, she's in better condition that Jake the Snake was when he cut a promo right before WrestleMania 21.

Jake the Snake didn't make a career off of his great boobs and fine ass. At least not as far as I know. Maybe some people were into that.

BTW what is this "legends" contract? Is it an actual thing? I've been away for a while.

I'm not sure how specific each one is, but they've definitely signed a number of ex-wrestlers to contracts for the purposes of DVD's, personal appearances and 24/7 material. The ones I've heard of are: Superstar Billy Graham, Bob Orton, Roddy Piper, Jake Roberts, Paul Bearer (that contract is now over), and of course, Bret Hart.

Paul Bearer just signed his contract like a few months ago, how can it be over? These legend contracts let the people work indy dates as well as WWE appearances.

If they can sign the likes of Tito Satana or Tatanka to these deals, Sunny sure as hell qualifies. At one point she was the biggest female in wrestling. I just wonder if doing that porn site with Missy Hyatt has ruined her chances of future work with WWE.
