As long as they get Carlito on there you won't hear me complaining.

On a related note, this game was also just announced for PSP. How 'bout that?

http://psp.ign.com/articles/635/635098p1.html

Finally a decent WWE game on the go that doesn't involve saving Stephanie McMahon...

...Wuh? The developer actually said the team's looking at making the PSP and PS2 versions of the game compatible with each other, so that you can import your season to the PSP version, play your season on the go, and then import it back into the PS2 version of the game?!

Is the guy just talking out his ass, or is there any possible way to do that?

The cut off date is this month. Why? Because in June 2003, Kane lost his mask and he was redone in time for that years game. So Eugene being left out was WWE's desicion.

Thanks.

I really like the idea more created belts ... that's the main gripe about the 2005 version is that you could create tag team titles.

The graphics with Carlito & the apple are simply great.

That Cena picture

has a bad jersey choice.
All I could think was why Cena was wearing a throwback Trent Dilfer jersey.

The game looks pretty good, but the streak continues of Kurt Angle outfits he's NEVER EVER WORN. Weird looking choice this year, again.

I'm pumped, pumped for this game-- even though I passed on the first SmackDown vs. RAW, I've pre-ordered the '06 version. Bring it on!

I hope that we're given the option of assigning the rosters like "Here Comes the Pain".

And after watching that interview with the THQ dude, I'm really pumped. 60 superstars?!?!?

And you gotta figure that Bret Hart, Steve Austin & Hogan will be included as Legends.

The roster count has been updated to 25 (excluding Divas & Legends, though I did see a movie clip of Lita vs. Stacy, so I guess they're confirmed too). Interesting how the Bashams made it & then I was reminded me how stupid it was to break them up. And Rene Dupree? Will this be the "new Frenchman look" Dupree or the bleached blonde SvR '05 one? SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS!!!!

Confirmed Superstars
Batista
Big Show
Booker T
Carlito
Chris Benoit
Christian
Danny Basham
Doug Basham
Eddie Guerrero
Edge
Eugene
Heidenreich
The Hurricane
JBL
John Cena
Kane
Kurt Angle
Randy Orton
Rene Dupree
Rey Mysterio
Ric Flair
Shawn Michaels
Shelton Benjamin
Triple H
The Undertaker

In that case, looks like I'll need a King Kong Bundy CAW to recreate the WMII match with Hogan.

Oh, the joy ...
