I could not have been more shocked to see the Fat Woman Beating Fuck in the top 3 and I wanted to break his finger when he pointed at the sky to thank God - enough already - a woman I work with told me this morning that her babysitter voted for Scott on Tuesday because she felt sorry for him after his video package - she normally voted for Connie but felt he was safe - perhaps teenage girls will seek revenge on Scott for "sending" Connie home by making sure they get extra votes in for all the other contestants - at least we can hope.....

I couldn't care what their motivation is, he just needs to go.
I complained to another Liberal friend about some of the Left’s tone concerning the 2004 elections. I thought it insulting to hear those “red state” voters caricatured as red-necked rubes. My friend asked, “Well, don’t you think that people who live in large urban areas, who travel and read and speak other languages are better able to make informed choices?” It turns out it is superiority, not familiarity, which breeds contempt. - Pat Sajak
THAT was FANNNNNNNNNTASTIC, a great moment in the history of moments, when Ryan told Constantine he was going home. It was like watching a #15 seed hit a buzzer-beater to beat a #2 seed, complete with Paula making the Thomas Hill Face (minus hands on head, of course). I was never so happy to hear a crappy rendition of a Nickelback song in my life.
Paula's "this happens every year"-comment was BS, as there was no big crime in Constantine being sent home now. I'm as shocked as anyone that Scott was in the top three, but he's definitely going home next week. Write it down.
The big crime will be if Vonzell gets nicked in favor of Sergei or Scott.

HAHAHAHAHAHA! I loved seeing Constantine bite the big one. My wife and I have hated his mannerisms and schmoozy attitude since Day One, so last night we were beating on the floor yelling, "GO DOWN YOU RAT-FACED S.O.B.!" My house let out a cheer when he was defeated. It was just like Benoit making Triple H tap out.
Still, the final selections were very puzzling. I had Vonzell and Anthony performing best on Tuesday, so when they went to one circle and Bo and Carrie went to the other, I thought "holy crap - Carrie and Bo in the bottom?!" What a wierd night.
Is anybody but me having trouble voting? I called about seven times between Tuesday and Wednesday, attempting to cast my vote. Each time the line was busy. That has happened EVERY TIME I've tried to vote this season. So far, my vote has never counted.
Maybe that just means a bazillion other people were voting for Carrie and blocking me out. :)
I must admit, the highlight of the show was seeing a bawling Paula consoling a bawling Mama Connie. I wasn't laughing at Mama Constantine (I know she was devastated, and rightfully so -- for Connie fans, this came out of left field) but at Paula, who seemed less like "Poor Mama Connie" and more like "OMG MY SEX SLAVE IS LEAVING SOMEONE PLEASE CONSOLE ME AND BRING ME MORE PROZAC!".
(Also: Thanks to TEH SHOOTER for the new avatar last night.)
I don't know what was better, seeing Paula cry like a bitch because both of her swooners were voted off in consecutive weeks, or knowing I won't have to sit through another week of Poutboy.
I really could care less who wins now, because I know he won't be winning. But Scott goes next week, leaving Sergei, Hawt Carrie, Bo Bice Overdrive, and Token Black Divatype.

And if they do, will Constantine be brought back....

Well, you can look at it this way--lots of stars get arrested--these guys just got their arrests out of the way BEFORE they made it big. I guess if you look for actors, singers, models and atheletes to be perfect people, then this surprises or dissappoints you. Me, I expecte them to be as fucked up as the rest of the population and thus, care less and want nothing more than to hear a good song by a good artist.
I mean, we're such prudes that we got all in a bunch a few seasons ago about nude photos. Pretty soon camera phone photos will be surfacing showing the 5 finalists having a massive orgy after a drinking binge--WHAT WILL FOX DO THEN?!?!

I dunno, but if I was a FOX executive and saw Scott Savol in that position, I'd probably throw up and/or commit suicide...
I actually didn't know about Scott and am not totally suprised. Not suprised about Bo either, though...
Come on, just LOOK at Bo! You're telling me that you wouldn't have assumed drug use just by looking at him? This really doesn't surprise me, but it would be a travesty if this was highlighted as this season goes into its final weeks.
In fact, if taken completely out of proportion, this could completely mar the final weeks of the show. If Bo gets booted, people could look back at this and think the fix is in. If this story is given too much publicity, no one will be able to accept that Bo could be voted off. They'll just cry foul.
